Here visiting family for Easter. Went to get coffee for my wife and I. Went thru drive thru. Slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. Was in drive thru for almost 30mins. I'm surprised no one apologized for the wait. My drinks should have been free... I don't recommend this Starbucks.... well never go back...
This Starbucks is the worst I have ever been too. Not only are they slow, but so I’m organized. If you can avoid this one. Please!!! You will be leaving this pace annoyed and frustrated
One of the worst Starbucks. Super slow. Not open when they say they open. Employees couldn't care less about losing business. Avoid. Long lines. Find another store.
- Took 10 min to make a latte that didn’t have any syrup. There was no one else waiting in the store. The four employees at the front were busy chatting. Even though I got my sandwich fast by a girl that went to the back after helping me and started stocking merchandise.- got a bad cup/lid. Burned my chest/stomach trying to drink while driving. Yes, I always check the lid and I did this time as well. I press all around the rim but the lid was just not holding at one place. Messed up 2 of my t-shirts as well.
I overheard them mention stuff about customers and I feel like it is really toxic even for guests. I personally will not get anything from this location again until they step it up and are nicer to everyone.
They were super busy in the drive thru so I went inside, and it was also super busy. But I didn't have to wait too long and the staff was still so pleasent and helpful.
Don't order on mobile. If they don't have what you order they still make the drink without items requested. They told me when i went in to pick up. Stood there everyone was too busy no one else ordering in store. I asked to substitute for side of whipped cream instead of foam. She gave me a 1/4 cup of white liquid instead. Not sure what it is. I am lactose intolerate.
Focused on bigger orders. I stood there for 5mins with the same guy telling me he would be right with me. Nope. Another girl came over, took my order, told the guy filling a mass order, he needed to help. He didn’t. She got my order wrong. When I complained she said she repeated it back to me 3X. 2X after I told her no she did not. It was just my worst experience ever at a SB. Oh, she made me pay for the scones she forgot and I had already paid for. Awful
I just want to say me and my husband. Went to Starbucks drive thru CJ took our order also had to make it He's self. It came out so good we both rate him a 10. I'm assuming the lady was working was supposed to make our drinks she walked away so CJ had to step up it took a little longer he also apologize to us. He definitely made our day. He such a team player. But I rate the two ladies working no Stars.
Great service....my coffee is ALWAYS made right.
