Great experience here as I enjoyed their hot caramel macchiato, banana nut bread and oatmeal for breakfast. Came here to wait for my husband as he had a Dr visit at Saint Agnes. This is near the hospital and it was a great way to relax and wait for him until he was done.
Woman cashier with dirty blonde hair 30s. Got a severe attitude with me because she couldn't hear me at first with all music and noise inside the cafe. Won't be returning here again. Typical fresno.
You have to place your order on the que at least 15min ahead any weekday morning. Blonde afternoon cashier with the tattoos has no personality unless it’s attitude… the rest of the staff are really friendly and welcoming. Store is always neat
Starbucks is a good place to go if you're looking for coffee or any type of drink it's really good service there is very good I like the place floors are clean and the toilets are clean
I usually stop in the morning before work and they have pretty much been nice and orders are right. I went this morning 11/10 and the gal taking orders was just rude and short. Unfortunately I won't be returning. I'll take the few mins to go to my weekend Starbucks where they always go above and beyond! Shout out to Ashlan and Cedar?
Well, it's Starbucks... I sat outside to drink some tea and was only harassed by one homeless person, who apparently didn't like the cut of my jib...
this is the most delicious tasting iced coffee to have ever grazed my tongue.
For the last 2 weeks I mobile order a coffee before I leave the driveway. Almost every morning my order is not ready when I arrive. 3 mornings so far I have seen customers order at the counter and get their drinks before me. I literally order a black coffee with cream. Does anyone know the manager of this location ? FYI they don’t answer their phone or return phone calls.
