Most Starbucks location would remake your drink especially if they misheard your order. I wanted a cold brew with sweet cream and somehow got a cold foam. I hate cold foam. Barista proceeded to argue with me saying that’s what I ordered instead of just remaking the drink that I originally wanted. I was totally nice about it. So nice that I kept the drink to avoid any more inconvenience since that’s what she made it seem like I was doing. After taking the drink (she clearly knew I didn’t want it) she didn’t even say thank you or have a good day. I was confused why she was bitter about the situation. She clearly didn’t want to fix my order and I hate confrontation so I just took it and ran with it.
I'm sure you know Starbucks is famous for their customer service and product consistency...IYKYK...and this location is no different. However the only rub...is parking. This Starbies is shoved in the corner and that corner is shared with another popular restaurant, and both are not far from the local grocery store...translation: use the app, order ahead, hit the drive-thru. You can thank me later.
The staff are super rude! They’re always low in inventory. I do not recommend this location bad customer service!

This is a neat getaway, close to my home. I make at home most times, I come to Starbucks when I'm in a hurry & still need a pick me up, on the road!They never make me late!

I had a bad morning today and i was waiting for someone to pick me up. They werent doing walk in but online orders so i just stayed inside for a bit and they were ok with that. I think they had alot of orders but they made sure i was content. They were so sweet to give me an extra of the orders and it just made my day i really needed that kind of kindness i made sure all the workers got a tip. Thank you for your kindness i really needed it☺?
I received the worst service at this location, waited more than 20 minutes for a drink. I spoke the the manager “ Ashley” twice and both times asked someone else to help me. I had to cancel my order and now I’m late to work. I’m so disappointed with the customer service.
This is a really clean restaurant with a good vibe. I enjoy a quieter coffee experience, but still very good.
