To say that I am disappointed in the level of service is an understatement. My partner brought me to sonic because I was craving a slush. We pull up to the car stall and we were told to go through the drive thu by an attendant. We go to the drive thru and were immediately told “sorry we’re closed for the night” my partner let the individual that we were just told to go through the drive thru. There was silence and he said “hello” and all of the lights get shut off on us. I get off the truck and ask for everyone’s names, the girl asks why and I told her because the level of service was appalling. She immediately tries to recover by saying she’s the manager on duty and proceeds to tell me the “oil” is being replaced. I then repeated back how bad it looks as a manager on her that they shut the lights off on customers after being told to go through the drive thru. When asked for the general managers name she said “I’m not allowed to give that Information”. Had the manager initially apologized for the miscommunication we wouldn’t have been upset. It was the disrespect for the customer, lack of ownership and lack of professionalism that earned this location 1 star.
Wish there was an option for zero stars. Went the other day at 8:45 p.m and the drive-thru menu was off and no one was answering. But when I was driving off I noticed there was 1 worker inside and there was one outside smoking.
Machines are always broken. Waited in line for 40 minutes only to be told the blast machine wasn’t working. We drove off after that. Smh wasted 40 minutes of our night and this is not the first time it’s happened either. Trash always in the parking lot, tables are dirty, this location is in very poor shape.
It was nice and fast, but there were no public bathrooms there and I had 3 small children there with me.
Literally just left the drive thru at 10:48pm 3/4/2022 after being told that the car in front of us were the last order of the night when your business hours online says closes at 12am . she was rude when she said it and I WILL NOT be coming back to this location
Slinger is 2 ranch sizes lol I’m not the type to complain until the costumer service is at an all time low! Forgot the jalapeño poppers and mozzarella sticks guess that’s why you check the order says the wife! Food taste good but double check everything and prepare to speak hood lmao
They got our order wrong in various ways. Fries were ok. Pretzels were good. Jalapeño poppers were also good.
We went for happy hour. The service was great. But the drinks tasted like the syrup was running out, and were not very sweet.
We've always had good luck at this location when it comes to getting the correct food that we ordered.Sometimes, the lines can get really long but I'd assume that's because people like the service and food they get.
We had breakfast burritos I had #14. Eggs and bacon and I added sausage. It was very Good.. my daughter had #15 which showed that it contained green and red peppers but none were in it . Mine was better than her's.Tater tots and a cold coffee came with it. Also ordered a order of french toast sticks. Split them between us. Very filling, tasted great. . They are busy with drive thru and drive ups And walk ups. But we wait very long to be served. Worth the price. We will return there.
