Total disappointment!! Husband, daughter and I went to breakfast at this Sizzler, 3121 W Shaw on Sunday 4/24/22. Served myself overcooked scrambled eggs, rock hard biscuits, overcooked potatoes. Had to go ask for butter although they were having pancakes and waffles, no butter was available. Coffee was barely warm from the start. When I went to get fruit, an elderly gentleman informed me that the plates were dirty. Sure enough. Every plate I picked up had food stuck to it or was very wet. I did not notice this the first time I served myself. I informed the server and she said she would let the dishwasher know. She brought us clean clear glass plates. Why were they dirty or wet? They had just opened so it wasnt like they were rushed. We did not get anymore food besides fruit. This has been my favorite restaurant for years but not anymore. It has changed too much. The week before the steak I ordered was tough for the first time. It used to be my favorite steak place. Whatever changes were made are not an improvement. That was the last time we will eat there. Sadly.
Sizzler has one of the best menu to choose from or you can order from the salad bar all you can eat. Sizzler is clean the staff is very attentive.Within the food prices going up, your best bet is going to Sizzler and enjoy your favorite foods, from lunch or dinner and if you have room to spare try the coffee and relax while, thinking about that piece of cake. I recommend this place to family and friends.
Love Sizzler! Selection was limited but Mini-Steak, Baked Potato, Cheese Toast & Salad bar were good. Banana Pudding to top it all off ? Fruit selection was good too!

My bf took me here for dinner but yesterday and it was awlful. First of all the line was ridiculously long because there was only one cashier we waited a good 30 minutes. When we got our table we waited another 30 minutes before getting our food. Our waitress came and told is the food was late because they were behind back there. She was rude and didn't apologize. Good thing I got the salad bar and ate while I wait but I don't usually care for it because everything has downgraded. The waitress came back but did not even offered to refill up our drink nor pick up the dirty dishes. I want to give this place a zero because the waitress are rude and careless and the food was horrible. When we finally got our food it was cold and one of the steak was burnt. Since it didn't let me give it a zero I'll give it a one but I'm not coming here no more, it's a waste of time and money and rude people service.
Customer service is nice! I think the food has gone down in quality since I was a kid. Still good though for an occasional birthday or holiday celebration.
My memories failed me. I went for clam chowder sand it tasted like nothing. I always remember the best chicken wings but there were only chicken nuggets. But for the times I was proud of them for having gloves for the salad bar. 1 adult 1 child $30 ??!?!?! No thanks
Best waitress I have ever had, her name is Viri, she was absolutely unbelievable. I ordered the steak and unlimited shrimp and she was on the ball, fast and extremely friendly and courteous. She even sang to us after singing happy birthday to another table and it was neither of ours birthday. But she didn't sing happy birthday. She has a beautiful voice. Wish there were more like her and she deserves a raise and she should be the one training others. Thank you so much Viri!!??
Always Great!!! Takes me back to when I was a kid. Great Stake and Seafood. Amazing salad bar.
The service was very poorly, the floor had food on it. I asked three times if it could be cleaned. I started cleaning myself. The chicken wings was taken off the salad bar. What in the world did they do that for? There was some other items as well. It's not the same there anymore. ?
