I use to love this place, not so much anymore. The food is still good, but since covid, the service when you dine in is horrible. The atmosphere just isn't the same. It's pretty sad.

Step back in time at Shanghai and buckle up (or rather unbuckle) for the most generously portioned Chinese food you will ever find! We came as a group of about fifteen and took up two tables right at opening time. I ordered a dinner combo for 2 to split with someone, it came with fried rice, shrimp noodles, sweet and sour pork, and an appetizer plate. This place is primed for sharing dishes family style (with a lazy Susan in the middle of the tables), so we got a taste of the orange chicken which I think was better than our sweet and sour pork. The chicken salad was a group favorite, and the wontons came with a truly delicious dipping sauce. Each dish was heaping, and everyone went away with takeout boxes. The service was attentive, a couple mixups, but with that many orders, that's to be expected; they were quickly fixed once pointed out. I'm already looking forward to my next visit! Thanks to Shanghai for making our family get-together a memorable time!

I used to really like this place alot but something has changed. Either their are new owner or different chef but the food is overcooked, tough & hard too chew.I still love this place because it brings me back memories when I was pregnant ONLy wanting their Shanghai Special Chow Mein.I must say, their special chow mein is extremely as I remember it but the orange chicken is sooooo soooo tough to bite. The sauce is so clumpy after 15 of serving, the pot stickers are soggy & the white rice is hard. Like really hard (only the top). Please fix these issues Please.

I liked the atmosphere, the food was enjoyable and exceptionally large portions, they seemed short staffed though, the wait for service was a bit long 20 mins, overall I liked it very much.

This place has really good food but they are always short handed and it takes them forever to bring your food.i ordered and 40 minutes later the food still had not gotten to my table.By this time I'm already tired of waiting and I ask the server what's going on so he tells me that they're short handed so I jus cancel my order and he asks if I wanna get it to go so i ask how long for that he said about 10 more minutes I'm like it's ok by that time im no longer hungry but upset by this time wait. They should really hire people that actually shows up for their shift this is not the first time I had to wait a long time for my food.Very disappointing.

The food tastes good. For the most part it's served family style, big portions meant for sharing. The interior is pretty dated and in need of some updates and so does the exterior. But in all it's good and priced good for the portion sizes

Very good food. They serve large portions. And the price isn't that bad either. Must try!

The food was really good, the service was a little slow

Meh. American style Chinese food. Tasted fine. Service was very nice. Went with a group and ordered 8 dishes, so not all were personal favorites. None were great, but most were fine. The vegetables and meats were good quality. Kung Pao chicken wasn't spicy and had cashews instead of peanuts. The orange chicken was good. Curry shrimp, beef chow mein and vegetable chow mein had that thick corn starchy sauce that I find unappealing. Braised green beans were good. 12 people ate for $118 plus tip with some leftovers. Might try it again only ordering my favorite dishes to see how they do.

My 2nd time here. I kind of like it here Chinese food is amazing but, ouch the price is little high here ..
