I used to love Rubios but haven't been in years. First time in a long time and I was really disappointed. I got the original fish taco plate and the fish were either refried or the oil needs to be changed because it just tasted very bad. The beans were just as bad. They had no taste. I would have got the Mexican rice instead but when I asked what sides I could get she only said beans and chips. (The app let's you choose other options) Not sure if its just a bad day but it's definitely made me not want to come back. We ended up throwing out the rest of our tacos because they were inedible. Thankfully we only got one to share.

Ordered 4 burritos, rice and beans on the side and chips and guacamole. 2 of the burritos were supposed to be shrimp but ended up being bean and cheese only. Guacamole not to be found. Rice and beans seemed as if they were cooked earlier in the day and microwaved when I placed my online order. Spent $40 for 1 1/2 burrito and a few spoonfuls of rice. Chips were stale I'm guessing a few days out of the bag. Called the restaurant to see if my shrimp burritos were able to be replaced, phone number had a busy tone. Tried calling multiple times now the restaurant is closed and I'm having to order food from valley children's cafeteria.

Great early dinner today; wife had the shrimp rice and quinoa bowl, son had the shrimp and bacon burrito, mom had the mango mahi-mahi, and I had the gourmet steak tacos. Everything was delicious, and the mango lime agua fresca tied all together nicely.

When we came into the restaurant they were moderately busy, my wife and I ordered 2 burritos and drinks, we found a table and sat down and shortly overheard the table behind us say how they have been waiting for a while. after about 10 minutes a lady approached us with a singular burrito and asked us if we were waiting for a burrito, I said we haven't received either of our burritos. she gave me my order (shrimp bacon burrito) but didn't say anything about my wife order. a minute later the manager verbally assaults one of the cooks telling them that they can't do their job, the whole restaurant is now staring at the manager, with multiple people commenting out loud on how unprofessional it was.I wait another 5 minutes for my wife's order before approaching the counter and waiting patiently for someone to come to talk to me. the first thing out of the manager's mouth was "you here for work?" my response "No, I am waiting for my other burrito" The manager rudely says "what burrito" with a fair bit of attitude. I respond with "We ordered two burritos, a shrimp and bacon burrito, and a salmon burrito, we have not received the salmon burrito, however, with the attitude you are giving me, I may request a full refund"The manager again with attitude marches over to the register and processes a full refund, she continues berating her employees loudly to where the entire restaurant is watching, saying how they cannot do their job. I was stunned, I asked her if she was a manager, she said yes, I said she shouldn't be, and her response was "I don't care, I am".After this, My wife and I walked out and went down the street to Chipotle. Correct me if I am wrong, aren't managers supposed to be the ones to coach the team, to take issues as learning opportunities, and to ensure the customers are treated fairly? my wife and I came in to have a nice meal but instead saw a sorry excuse for a manager to berate and belittle her employees. the poor cashier behind the counter looked as if she was going to burst into tears, the customers all looked disgusted at her behavior.I will be contacting the store tomorrow in an attempt to speak with her supervisor. I will also be sharing this review on multiple platforms to ensure that she gets dealt with accordingly.CA

The girls in the back need to do less talking and more cooking/cleaning. We came in to order two plates, got served one. And the tacos were greasy, just no. Absolutely disappointed in the service and they had the audacity to slap my own salsa on our tacos instead of letting us out our own sauce on. Nope.

I've ordered and picked up Rubios on more than one occasion. The first time, the food was good, but not spectacular. Recently, I ordered pickup again. The food was pretty good. I found myself wanting more. The problem was that I was supposed to have more. Both mine and my companion's bowls were only half full. Of course we didn't discover that until we were already home. I have mixed feelings about this place, the food was good, but I don't expect to only receive half portions for full price.

Fiancé & I both got California burritos. Very tasty, hit the spot before we went shopping.

Only fair to acknowledge that the issues I had during my visit can at least partially be attributed to the pandemic. The labor market is incredibly tight, but you just CANNOT have someone taking orders that doesn't know the menu or the POS system they're using.Waited in line about 10 minutes and heard 2 separate tables complaining about being given incorrect information on the menu. I was very clear with the cashier because of this, but when my order was delivered to my table, it was not what I ordered. I have no time for the food to be remade and I'm sitting now in the Taco Bell drove thru on my second attempt at lunch this afternoon. $14 for a soda...not an ideal Rubio's experience.

Wow, I only paid $7.99 for the 3 shrimp taco on Taco Tuesday. Broke Da Mout taste and great service.

Love the shrimp trio tacos and the fish tacos on Tuesday. Best time to get these are on Taco Tuesday. So fresh and flavorful.
