Giving Red Robin 2 stars only because of the continuing mistakes they make on take out and delivery orders. Love the Reds Tavern Burger, but the last 3 times I've received the wrong burgers, even after having my order repeated back to me twice. Left hand doesn't know what right is doing.RR is okay for eat-in dining, but not for take out or delivery.

The food was excellent & delicious! Our son had a wonderful time & enjoyed his sundae! We took our son out for his special dinner.? The staff members were awesome!!Side note: I loved the drink I ordered...it was a Purple Poppin Lemonade..it had the right amount of sweetness & not to start.

I put a mobile order in using Active Menus. The process was easy and quick. I asked for our food to be ready ASAP and received a notification about 10 minutes later that it was ready. I actually missed the text so arrived about 15 minutes after that and had about a 5 minute drive home. Our food was still hot enough, the portions were good sized and onion rings were nice and crisp, I had the teriyaki chicken sandwich. The chicken breast was thick, juicy and bigger than the bun. The rest of my family had a couple of different types of burgers and those were thick and juicy as well!

Busy night with good customer service. Seated quickly for dinnertime crowds. Server was friendly and did not rush us to order. An experience worth repeating.

Food: 5/5- Orders came correctly and in a reasonable span of time, food was very tasty, and bottomless garlic fries are the best upgrade. I had the "Madlove Burger" and it wasn't as spicy as I had hoped but it was a very tasty burger.Service: 3/5- It was slightly busy but not totally packed, our server forgot a few things here and there, I basically went the whole meal without water as I'd drank it all before the food got there and was only able to get a refill after finishing it. Which, when having a burger and fries, isn't the greatest time.Cleanliness: 4/5- The restaurant interior is fairly clean and kept to a decent standard, the restroom looked a bit public high school-ish in that there was toilet paper thrown across the floor but after alerting a member of staff it was dealt withValue: 4/5- The pricing here is similar to other chain restaurants, expect to pay roughly $15 per meal, with the main attraction being the various burgers on the menu. It's not unreasonable by any meansOverall: 4/5The service was the most frustrating part of an otherwise decent meal, go here for decent burgers and unlimited fries, the menu does have other food on it and while it's good it's not the main attraction by any means. I'd go here again, but maybe when it's just a smidge less busy.

Initially it was very unpleasant, the bar tender / waiter was not only confrontational, he was rude and basically called my wife a liar. Not Cool. Instead of wasting our time trying to get him to understand that we feel that somethings not correct we decide to request a different waiter. I cant remember her name but she was amazing. So for that reason I gave red robins a 3 star. Maybe next time that guy tells a customer I know its not the wrong drink, he should probably cut that ridiculous hair cut of his so he can fully see what handle he is actually pulling.

Really great service, good burgers. Always order the freckled lemonade. Always have a basket ready for me when I am done with the first one.

Me and my friends walked less 100 steps from a Zero Customer Service all AI service from some Wing Restaurant that wanted you to do everything, hell possibly even cook the damn wings yourself! Anyways, got to the reception podium someone was there to greet us and take us to a table pretty quickly. None of this "Scan the QR code on the table to get a menu" BS we actually got a human being to give physical menus without even asking; HOLY CRAP what trickery is this did we go back into time where there was actual human interaction and friendly customer service?! O.O Joking aside, we got everything that we ordered, customer service was superior, management was extremely helpful, and the food was very good. Red Robin saved the day for my friend's birthday. We will definitely be going there again!

The food wasn’t to good the first time but I tried to eat here one more time and I won’t be coming back. First when I placed an order over the phone they were out of pretty much everything so I had to order something I didn’t really want after ordering she told me it will be 17 minutes I got there about 10 mins and paid and she said few minutes which I didn’t mind (I did notice a bag ready on the side) so I went to the bar to order a drink while waiting the drink I wanted to order they were out of as well so I didn’t order went back and check on my food no one was around so the bag that I seen on the side I thought I would look and it had my name, number etc so I knew it was mines I grabbed it and was thinking to my self wow she didn’t even tell me it was ready. When I got home all my food was COLD not warm or half way it was cold and nasty fries had about 10 or less and over cooked but cold so you couldn’t eat that my husband burger tasted like it was there for hours so he didn’t eat it my wrap definitely didn’t have bbq inside (maybe they ran out but should’ve told me) it was just horrible I won’t ever come back to this location at least. This is not the first time so they need to hire new cooks or something
