So sad! I thought I would try Red Chili again and give it another chance. Maybe it's improved?In the past, sometimes beef laj was good and other times a bit disappointing. It was as though they had different cooks all the time.I ordered beef laj and told them to cook it medium rare. Dish came out super well done, dried, and very disappointing. How can they overcook it so much when we asked for medium rare? In addition, the dish had no mint, no galangal, missing typical laj spices. It looks good, but it sure tasted disappointing so we will not be back in the future.It will be a longer drive to get better beef laj salad, but we will drive farther out for better food.
First time ordering here. Last time. My order came with no rice. My entree resembles soup when it was Kung Pao. My portion was the size of a measuring cup. There was as much liquid as food. It wasn't spicy though it was advertised as spicy. I also bought soup. For the price and size being a pint you expect to at least be half full of something other than broth.Only reason this is getting 2 stars is that it tastes good and GrubHub gave me a discount.
Probably the best Thai food I’ve had. I’ve had Thai food from all over California and New Mexico , this is some tasty stuff. Ask for amy to cook your food it is amazing!

The food here was delicious, I got the combo pho and it was phenomenal, the broth had so much flavor and the red Chilli sampler was real good, my wife had pad Kai and she loved it. This food reminds us of our number one restaurant back in oregon that we loved, I will definitely be coming back for more and the prices are pretty good too.
I loved there food but unfortunately I found maggots in my food Wednesday night): I’m starting to feel really sick today (Friday) as if I’m starting to get food poisoning. Super disappointed. No one likes getting food poisoning and to top that off I have to move in 2 days ?

Im really dissapointed in this place, wanted to try the thai food here as im a huge thai food eater, so yes…i know what good thai food taste like. I also know what basil fried rice smells and taste like. Im sorry guys, no matter how much you guys try to tell me that your food doesnt smell rotten, it really does, not only on the rice but on the noodles as well, the same smell.It was that type of smell you get when you smell the brown part on a raw piece of beef that’s about to go bad. It just carried that smell.The massaman curry, its one of favorite curries, but not from this place :( before i even opened it, i could smell the strong curry smell(but not thai-ish…more like the indian style type of curries).Im very dissapointed…as i work hard for my momey and i end up in a place where the food is not to standards. Im not trying to be rude, but this is not traditional thai cuisine.I had a friend once tell me, “dont ever go to a restaurant that serves foods from 2 different cultures….” ?I gave it a 2 star because the owner and ladies there were very kind, although they did forget to give us our food for a long time and it was just sitting there, they had packed it to go instead of for dine-in and was sitting in the counter for quite a bit.Sorry for the bad review, but it killed me to spend money and not eat well.
We rarely complain about food quality but something has gone horribly wrong here recently. Not sure if there's a new or untrained cook or something. We've been spending money here for 3 years and the food has never been this bad. This is shocking because I consider this establishment to have some of the best fried rice in the valley. For example, the best way I could describe the recent fried rice is plain rice with mixed veges and random clumps of soy sauce. It's as bad as it sounds. Some of our sides have been getting overcooked, and the Pad Thai is now very clumpy. Portion sizes also seem to be reduced.This has been our go-to spot for Asian cuisine for years but we will not be returning if this is the quality we can expect now. Very disappointed.
Owner is really sweet . Cooks ALWAYS provides fresh hot food. A friendly nice place to take your family to go sit down and eat. This place has family vibes and loves customer feedback and continues to improve satisfying the local community.
