I liked this place, ramen and appetizer taste very good. The only downside is that the menu is not very explicative. I prefer to know all the ramen composition right the way instead of ask the waitress and waste her time.
I love this restaurant and it’s aesthetic! I just order online for pickup. Sometimes there is a brief wait but they are always busy. Staff are always friendly and upfront about wait times. Customers are consistently kindly acknowledged by staff members. I enjoy and appreciate this place. We get the spicy ramen. It’s so good and you get about 2, sometimes 3 meals out of it. Large serving and appropriate pricing.
I literally waited for an hour and half which is no problem but I didn’t even get the soup or any of the extra items I was charged for. Mind you, my mom just got brain surgery and wanted ramen and this is what we get, literally spent $56 for this?!?
This place was cool, pho wasn’t as good as I thought it would be, so it’d have to be ramen for the win. Customer was great, only thing is the hot chili oil wasn’t spicy enough & they didn’t have much spices for the pho. Would recommend & will be going back!.
Great food and atmosphere
The anime theme lured us in, but the food is outstanding. Generous portions at great price. We will definitely be back.
Personally would not eat here. Me and my husband were wanting to try this place for MONTHS! Let me tell you. We were disappointed. At first everything was great. Then the waitress got confused with my ramen. Gave it to the man across from me. When the man realized he told her that was not his order. She realizes it’s mine, grabs the plate, turns around and says “ they didn’t touch it, they only put the utensils in there, here you go “ I was completely shocked. I looked at my husband and I told the worker “ please take it back and remake it “ she said “they didn’t touch it tho” and I politely asked agian and she took it back. My husbands Spicy Miso was SUPER OILY it was nasty. Imagine drinking from straight lard or oil.. My milky ramen was SUPER salty.. We were super bummed out.. such a huge disappointment.. tbh. I wouldn’t go back.
Best ramen and pho spot in Fresno. I love the shio ramen and the chashu that comes with it. The pho combo is my favorite. I’d recommend the takoyaki and hot n ready fried chicken/ sticky rice. The artwork all over the restaurant is impressive, great for anime lovers. Sometimes they’re really busy, but the staff are always kind and trying their best to serve all the tables. As a customer we should try to get their attention before being upset at them. Remember, service work is not easy!
Ramen was good. Pho was ok. Service was slow. Drink came out 20 minutes late and had to be reminded. Got there at 1pm and left at 3pm. Unless, I'm craving Ramen, may or may not come back.
My sister recommended this restaurant so we thought we give it a try. Ramen was very very salty. I didn't even finish it and now I have a headache. Pho was very bland, food took a long time, the girl that served us was polite and nice. We won't be back though.
