Came in with my friend Jim today for some tenders and biscuits , I could tell they were short staffed instantly , but we were immediately greeted by Dominique who took our order and even offered us to try the Wild Honey Mustard Sauce . Best combo I've tried with the tenders . I'll definitely be coming back and recommending this Popeyes to people I know . Thanks for the great customer service in rough times .
I have came here twice for takeout, the food is ok. The staff is not friendly at all, If you ask any questions they are rude. I will never come back. Also no restaurant that refuses to let you use the bathroom to wash your hands to eat , SHOULD BE OPEN. IF YOU CANT PROVIDE A RESTROOM YOU SHOULDN'T BE MAKING MONEY ON CUSTOMERS.
We come from Madera very often because we love this chicken. I don't care what anyone says, thinks but hands down this is the best chicken all the way around. We have had a few bad experiences and even then we still come back it's has nothing to do with food either. Bad workers but I will say one thing today was they expecting we were given some of they best customer service ever. I personally thought he was the manager, so I asked he the mention it was his first day. We were so impressed by his willingness to make us happy as customers.Very professional very good at up selling other items from the menu to us. 1st time trying Popeyes and the store was so nice and clean, everything looked organized and sanitized! The manager dominique greeted me as soon as I walked in.. she was so friendly. Offered me the best deals! Very short staffed but they were doing their best! Had me out with fresh hot food ! The home style Mac and cheese was my favorite! I’ll definitely be back for more!
Upon my request of making a fresh 16 piece Spicy Chicken order, they prepared it in a timely fashion and it was well cooked. This location is one of the better locations for fresh food and good customer service.
The black lady I believe she is a lead or manager she is very rude not friendly to be running the register!! I see why she was promoted all the sides are less than a scoop in the wrong bowls she is also stingy with the hot sauce! I ordered four meals she gave me 4 hot sauces. I asked for more she said there is some in the bag so I went back to buy more and she gave me two? she is saving the company money??
They have a deal two can dine for 10. It is a best deal in town five pieces of chicken two sides to biscuits I got a whole bunch of sides you can even get fries. Plus you can get chicken tenders instead it's such a good deal if you buy a two piece meal it cost more than the two kid died of meal.
This location struggled during the pandemic. Inadequate staffing and running out of product tested my customer loyalty. New management over the past few months seems to be ironing things out. A shout out for a difficult job well done
If this Popeyes was my first taste of Popeyes, I would stick to KFC. It wasn't horrible just nothing special and they forgot 2 items. However they have the 1000 flavor coke machine and that made up for the blah food in my opinion.I usually LOVE Popeyes so I think it's just this location. Plus I got refunded my $ for the missing items right away, so at least the CS is good.
