Never eating here again, we waited literally over an hour for our food. A 16 pcs family meal with 2 large mash potatoes and one large rice and beans with 8 biscuits and 3 apple pies. They forgot our 8 biscuits, even after I confirmed with the employee that brought our food to the car. The employee responded very rude saying everything was in the bag. The worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Don’t order at Popeyes unless you want to lose your money… I definitely need a refund.
Hands down the best chicken sandwich. You can hear the crunch when you bite into it. Perfect amount of heat on their spicy chicken sandwich. I love their Cajun fries. Popcorn shrimp is good and I never leave this place without an apple pie. Delicious.
Doordashers and UberEATS BEWARE!!!!! Don't take any orders here. I gave them 2 chances and that was it. $12 2 Mile order waited 35 minutes and it gets worse had a $32 for 4 miles so i took it of course. Nope!! 50 minutes outside with no one to help me and drive thru was at 12 cars waiting. Just Avoid!
I have been coming here for a long time, over time this spot has went down Hill. you will wait 20 to 30 min in line before you even get to ordering window which defeats the purpose of fast food, you could go to a sit down restaurant and get served quicker. honestly this places needs to shutdown and start over i won't come back here. I'm more than frustrated every time i come and leave this place, which is not a good fast food experience.
Drive thru takes way too long. Messed up on my orders multiple times. I got some nasty looking burnt macaroni and cheese last time including a missing side I ordered. I'm done with this location, there customer service and food quality has been on a decline since it opened.
I ordered online, paid, and went to pick it up 20 minutes later. They didn't start the order yet after 20 minutes and then said it would take 10 minutes, but I am literally waiting for 1 hour and 30 minutes so far after they forgot my order multiple times. They offered a free piece of chicken for the long wait, and I doubt they will remember. Awful experience. I don't want to spend my night in a Popeye's parking lot. They're still not here yet.Just an update to this review. I am still waiting for my food.Last update: got my food after 1 hour and 40 minutes and they forgot the extra piece of chicken and gave me no utensils, so I can't eat it in the car as planned.
We love Popeyes and time goes by, the service in this branch needs improvement. The waiting time is soooo long. I understand it's busy and the crew inside are also trying their best but to the management If you guys need to hire staff to improve your service please do. Not a good day that lost my patience today. No chance to check my bag and drove off because of the car behind me waiting too. Got back home and my order wasn't complete added to that long wait...
I had a big order and they missed so much stuff . I didn't get all my sides my drinks were wrong they didn't give me a receipt. The chicken tenders were hard and dry . Would never come back
Terrible no walk-in drive thru only taking long time to order and then after you get your order they got it wrong and has to wait for 45 minutes to get the rest of the order. Never again will go to that store terrible service.
This Popeyes is always busy but the line goes pretty fast. The food is always on point here. Better than the other chicken places in town.
