Everytime i come here it's a very long wait. Sometimes cashier is ok sometimes an ignorant very slow cashier. There is no good communication between staff as you hear them yelling questions back and forth about people and orders, lost and confused. I began ordering online but still find myself waiting like tonight after 30 min waiting in store for my online order i left as i witnessed a few others leave before me that were waiting before i got there. Food when done is good but i cant wait like that anymore. Employees seem like they don't want to work at this location or they may be new with no guidance. They allow people to come in towards the end of the night that are waiting for them to close for free chicken while they solicite paying customers. I was happy when this place finally reopened but can't go back as this my last time waiting and seeing the service as it is. The taste for popeyes has become stale in my mouth now!
04/25/2022 4:55pm Manager and staff fighting over the price of a tackle box that clearly shows it's $6 with a drink on their poster outside, manager insists it's $7 and wouldn't give the customer ahead of me a drink. They proceeded to fight in front of all the customers waiting. I left, this place is terrible. Too bad Popeye's chicken is really good, but their staff needs more training especially the managers. Would give 0 stars if I could.Oh! And also, I was gonna order chicken sandwich but they said it's not available because they weren't able to thaw any. This place should just shut down.
I’m normally very understanding and patient but this is the second time I have a bad experience at this location. I was in line for 30 minutes and once it was my turn to order the person would just walk away without saying anything I guess he was off so then comes one of the managers and I tell him what I want again and same thing happens. I guess they needed to make a shift change but didn’t even communicate to me about it just completely ignored me. Not only were they slow but their shift manager told everyone to just not come from 4-5 because we would have to wait. Very unprofessional this place needs a visit from corporate.
THIS RESTAURANT DOES NOT DESERVE TO BE OPEN PERIOD! They never have enough food, they're constantly on a revolving door with staff, unless you're the first person there when the door first opens (expect to wait 20 min) for your order! That's including any delivery service! Last visit I had to leave because the cashier didn't acknowledge I was waiting to order after 10 minutes, no matter how much I tried to get her attention. The time before that the manager was making the chicken himself and complaining the whole time.. A girl left because they forgot to make her order and she was on her lunch. This restaurant needs a visit from corporate to whip them into shape. I will never go back again!! ?
I absolutely love coming here starting from there respectful and friendly cashier Rita to her manager Darnell made sure that our satisfaction was very important to them unfortunately they were all out of the chicken sandwiches but there cashier kindly let us know as we entered with sincere apologies so i asked of any promotions and i couldn't keep up as she spoke of what is and she didn't mind to clarify or repeat I'm a frequent visitor and I've seen these to ready to accommodate us GIVE THEM A RAISE!!! For during my visit i seen a customer be extremely rude to them because there EBT transaction declined not once but twice which she has no control over
I'm a repeat visitor for a reason i absolutely love there customer service Rita as well as her boss go above and beyond to accommodate us everytime
I have been to this location numerous times and each time I am so impressed with how friendly and attentive all employees are and how clean it is. Today Arthur went above and beyond to assist customers by serving and assisting a customer with a broken foot at her car and by hurrying to open and hold the door for a customer carrying their baby. I usually never have to wait long to order and the food is always hot and delicious. The staff here are doing an excellent job.
I’m Amanda & I’m A Area Manager for McDonald’s here in Fresno. I went to visit Popeyes today for the first time because my kids never had it nor did I. So, the closest location which is by my office near Kings Canyon rd, the line was extremely long & the manager Bree was extremely impatient with me & basically told me to screw my self. I went to the location along with my kids around 7:45-8pm. So I drove off without even paying because I was upset & drove to McKinley location & the lobby was so full!!! But, once the manager Darbell came back inside from I believe his break, EVERY CUSTOMER WAS GONE AND SATISFIED WITHIN 10 MINUTES!! Including me, when I ordered a 25 piece to feed my family! This location is running perfectly!! This team is what should represent Popeyes as a whole!! Freshness of the food was even amazing!! I even referred customers to come back there after it was over ! And the order taker was just AMAZING AND POLITE!! The communication was amazing within the workplace!! Everyone was in uniform and place was clean!! If I could move this whole store to McDonald’s and represent I would!! I want to give more than 5 stars but it won’t let me!! Dang it!!
Food taste good but the wait is always super long. Everytime for the past 5-6 times it’s about 30mins wait. The workers here are hectic and argue to with each other while working. They forget items from time to time so make sure to make your bag before you leave. If you have time to wait then come here. Overall, it’s not horrible just super long wait and check your food before you leave
Order 2 chickens sandwich during my lunch break. Front lady didn’t have change. Waited for over 15-20 minutes and front lady gave my order to someone else. Then I was told to wait again. Asked for my refund and had to wait again because all of their heads are up their A**. Sauce Yep sauce is extra. Never coming back to this HOOD Popeyes...Nothing but crackhead in this place.Don’t waste your time...Manager didn’t even try to help!!!And they where not even Busy...just slow and NOT prepare!!! Next time just stay close and do everyone a favor.This is a zero star review FYI!!!!
