This is the worst Popeyes I ever been to. If o can give them a 0 star i would. I waited for 30min Park, for 7 classic chickens, decided to go inside and was told to wait another 6minutes. I Ask for a refund, and guess what, NO APOLOGY, I believed they own me an apology FOR WAITING 30 MIN OUTSIDE IN THE HEAT. I just couldn't believe it took so long, especially with only 1 customers inside placing an order, and still when I got my money back, the chickens was not ready. Bad management, his name was Philip.
The best Popeyes in Fresno. I drive 20 minutes to this location. Customer service is the best. Staff is always so friendly and welcoming. The store manager Gilbert is thee best. Food is always hot and my order is always right with out having to double check. Other locations should be trained by Gilbert on how to treat their customers
Betty was a horrible customer service and very rude. I waited 30 minutes to get 10 classic chicken sandwich and then I wanted extra pickles. I was about to pay and wanted to double confirm my order and the worker Betty was saying there is no pickles. I told her why she didn’t say anything and she was so rude in saying . “Well I am saying something now” what a response. She very rude responding that way if I didn’t confirm my other I was going to get all 10 sandwich with no pickles. Come on, what a ripoff is that. I am very upset at this person for being such a horrible worker. And I told them that we waited so long to get the sandwich and that it would be nice to put a sign that said out of pickles. The ignorant worker only said that they couldn’t because their printer didn’t work. I told that they could write it down with pen. And she said she couldn’t do it that way. What a ignorant worker you guys have there. She had no common sense at all. Why. An she think that will be good idea but she was just so lazy that didn’t even care ti do so. This is the worst experience I been through my whole life in a fast food restaurant. This is unbelievable and u realistic this type of people working at a fast food restaurant.
The best Popeyes location in Fresno. The tenders are always crispy on the outside, fresh and juicy on the inside, the only thing I eat there. ??? The workers always welcome me at the drive-thru with a warm and loving smile, Antonio is always up beat and happy to see his customers. Talea is a great worker too, I come here all the time.
I was super tired from work and decided to stop here. I did not expect to have a fast and friendly experience! I pulled up and I was not sure what I wanted. The lady was very helpful with the suggestions, professional, as well as having great humor. My favorite part was that they got my order correct including the sauces and the extra sides I asked for. Plus with the long line of the cars, I was impressed with how fast they moved through 7 cars! Definitely recommend this location of Popeyes.
Always the best fried chicken around. The line ca get long at lunch and dinner time, bur the food is worth the wait. The red beans and rice side dish is awesome, just like in Louisiana. The biscuits are also great, split em, smear a little butter, lit it melt... pure heaven. Or you can add syrup or jam and make a dessert biscuit.
Have always got great chicken sandwiches at Popeyes. Ours were smaller than other locations, and had been made up so far ahead they were soggy, also not very hot!! Don't waste your money on the Blackstone location!!
I've been to this location on different occasions and they are always out of products.One time they were out of multiple fountain drinks, ketchup, fries.Another occasion they were out of lemonade, hot sauce, chicken for the sandwiches, piesI've no idea how they don't manage to keep their inventory fully stocked.
Always packed but line moves along. But my order always gets messed up. Unless I open every box before I leave, I'm always missing something. Employees aren't the friendliest but fast food always sucks so kinda don't blame them.
I have gone to Popeyes numerous times. I have yet to get what I've wanted. Instead of putting a sign up letting us know that they are out of sandwiches, they wait till your at the speaker to tell you. By then you cant get out of line. This is no way to run a business. For me, I will never go to another of your stores again. I will be telling all who will listen to never eat there.
