You can never go wrong with this place, the express sauce is fire and you get unlimited sides. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
Very good the variety of protein's was great the house sauce has a great flavor nice kick with the spiciness
I understand we as people make mistakes sometimes so I won’t hold them accountable. The first mistake some time ago I had made an order with extra protein scoop on doordash costing close to 6 dollars on to get my order with the regular amount. I think it’s only the one time I’ll let it slide but now again it happens so I decided to call to see if we can come to an sort of settlement. The first time I call no answer I call again then it’s picked up then hung up almost immediately then the 3rd time thinking maybe the 2nd call didn’t go through and now the line is off. As far as this goes it seems like I won’t get my moneys worth or my money back since I can’t even get in touch with someone and before they say anything about it I checked on my doordash order and it is indeed in the order that I paid for the extra scoop
Great friendly service and a lot of help as I'm fairly new to p o k i. I upgraded several items which place by large bowl just over $20 well worth it as it was delicious
First time eating a Poki Bowl. Not only where both of the employees extremely great, they also gave me some awesome recommendations on what to eat! I can’t wait to go back.
Consistently messing up my order always adding avocado to my order when I don't even ask for it, YOU HAVE TO ORDER 5 separate protein on door dash instead of just getting extra of a protein. Spicy tuna/crab is bland so is the spicy mayo, I had to drive all the way to them in order for them to fix my order after the lady was adamant about it being done correctly. I gave them 3 trys and THEY DREAKING FAILED EVERYORDWR EVERYTIME
I ordered online take out from grub hub and had someone pick it up for me today for lunch. The first time they brought it to me, the whole order was incorrect. They took it back with the order number. When they returned the 2nd time, the order was still incorrect. It only mattered because I did add extra things that cost more. Which were not given in the bowl again. Not sure if I would order take out anymore.
Both employees female and male ignore DoorDash drivers for pickup all they do is look at you and ain’t attentive male was gonna have me waiting untill he served all customers, then prepare my order at last thanks for the customer Stepping up and telling male to make my order if it was for him I will probably be there for another year waiting for my order I’ll never buy from this business as a customer very judgemental people doesn’t care about people PERIOD
Paid $15 for a medium bowl that was half the size of Butterfish, Masago was 1.50 extra. Im very disapointed with their portions and service. I walked out feeling gypped. Definitly not Butterfish....5 minutes later.. Well I just finished my bowl in record time, & IM STILL HUNGARY!! smh
Although it is somewhat expensive, that's what happens when the ingredients are FRESH.Honestly this place is superior to Butterfish and other poke places.Id recommended this place.
