We are celebrating my son's 16th birthday today and he chose Pismo's for lunch. As always, it was superb. Our server, Sabrina, was wonderful! We enjoyed the red snapper bites appetizer, and we both had the pistachio crusted calamari with the beet & goat cheese salad. It was all heavenly.

One of our favorite places in Fresno. Great food, always a pleasant experience. That along with Westwood’s.

Had a 9:00 p.m. reservation on a Saturday evening. Got in right on time and was seated at a nice table. It was very busy and yet service was prompt and extremely friendly. I had the baked Alaskan salmon which was outstanding. My steamed broccoli side was delicious and very fresh and the au gratin potato dish was the best I've ever had. Great atmosphere, wonderful service.

I know every time I go to pismos I can get at the bar which is my favorite… order a specialty cocktail and have the best food. Those red snapper bites and ceviche was DELICIOUS. Thank you for making my birthday so special

The sweet potato with green sauce, that sauce is godly. You have to get it. And the dip is good too. That green rice is also to die for. Everything green at this place is delicious apparently… but anyhow not bad not bad Pismo in the nismo. Your lobsters are tempting but you’re in the middle of no where so iono… it’s risky, but maybe next time

We had a very nice lunch. The portions are big, so my wife and I shared a clam chowder and a salad with bay shrimp, lobster meat and jumbo shrimp. We were so hungry that we didn't even get a chance to take a picture of it, but it was delicious.Since we shared we decided to have a lemon meringue cheesecake. So glad that things are getting back to normal in order to enjoy a nice lunch outing.

It is like a nice vacation in the Florida keys. Great seafood options. The overall food was exquisite. Great drink options. The ambiance is beach shore meets Joes garage but way more elevated. They have a fish market in house. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and eager to educate. This place melted my heart. Can’t wait until my next visit.

The Santa Maria steak appetizer is by far my favorite. The dinner dish of the same steak is just as good. The portions are about medium sized for the dinners but they are extremely high quality.I ordered off the chefs daily special menu. It was Chilean Sea Bass. It was amazing. The veggies are also delicious. If you're really hungry try the cioppino and add the crab and pasta.

I've been told over and over to go to this place so my wife and finally tried it. So glad we did cause it was hands down THE BEST seafood in Fresno. Not only that the bartender knows what she's doing with the drinks, I ordered a Gibson Up with Gin and she knew exactly how to make it. To top it off our server, Erica, was absolutely the best. Recommended great food options and we couldn't have been happier with her service. If you're tightening the belt and want to go here you can definitely be satisfied spending $20-$25 a person, but for this visit we went all out and ended up spending $150. It was worth every penny. We started with a mug of clam chowder (white) and stuffed bread (highly recommend). I ordered the grilled swordfish with double potatoes au gratin w/bacon and crab topper (a must). The swordfish was a little overcooked but soaking it in the crab topper made it more juicy so that fixed the problem. My wife ordered the bacon cheeseburger w/fries and it was one of the best burgers we've tasted, especially for being a seafood place. We ordered a couple drinks, the Gibson Up and my personal favorite Vodka Sunset (mandarin vodka, OJ, sour mix, grenadine). We ended the night with dessert, the brownie w/ice cream and I got the lemon cheesecake. The ambiance also made this place great and the booths are big people friendly, that's also a huge plus for me as I don't like booths for that reason LOL we WILL be back for more!

Great food great hospitality and good service
