We were a group of six and unknowingly arrived 10 minutes before their kitchen closes. They were still friendly and served us without any complaints. I totally love the salmon salad and will go back for it over and over. Good atmosphere, I can recommend it.
Good sized and homemade dressings, was just hoping for more flavor on the salmon, pretty bland.
Service was excellent, presentation was great,we ate out in patio party of 25 soup was lacking flavor that night, and water glasses smelled like aquarium water other than those two set backs all else was great .
I don't know what happened the day we went, but our experience was not that great. Sunday champagne brunch, the place was packed. It took forever to get our water, and one of the glasses had lipstick on it. Our coffee cup had some type of residue on it. The bottomless champagne we had to continuously ask for and WAIT forever for. Some of the pancakes weren't fully cooked. We have never had such a bad experience. We are sad their other restaurant closed.
Was really disappointed. I was expecting more from the restaurant. The ambiance of the restaurant was nice. The food was bland and cold. My daughter order the prawn with angel hair pasta she said it was watery and very bland.I had the shortrib viagonese it was cold. I could taste the cold fat in between the meat when the meat wasn't reheated enough before serving. The ju was too runny not thick enough. The pizza was worst I think little casers had better pizza. Over all really disappointed with the place thought it would be better, maybe they were having a bad day.
The hostess wasn't particularly kind. We were seated at a dirty table with trash still present. No one acknowledged our presence for at least 15 minutes. There was a private event on the patio, but the restaurant was otherwise not busy. I'm an understanding human when it comes to restaurants and staffing issues, but it really felt unreasonable. We decided to leave.
I attended a bridal shower on the patio of this beautiful Italian Restaurant. It was beautiful with outdoor plants, perfectly appointed tables for our group and had gift tables. Thankfully it had inconspicuous heaters throughout, because it was a very cool day. Three items were selected from the menu as our entree option; a generous turkey avocado sandwich, a green salad with strawberries, blackberries, pine nuts with a light fruity citrus dressing, and very tasty penne pasta with pesto dressing and a generous bread slice. The dessert was a long list of options that included a cheesecake, several flavors of gelato, a baked hot chocolate in a huge cup. Fortunately, several of us shared tastes of all of these items, so I tried everything. THE SERVICE WAS IMPECCABLE! I’ve been fortunate to visit every state in the US and to eat at some of the most famous Italian restaurants in NYC, Boston, Chicago, SF, LA, DC, and many more. None of them had any better decor, service or authentic Italian food than this lovely one right here in Fresno. I highly recommend it for any occasion. and plan to eat there the next time I’m in Fresno!
Wow what a shock. Had an afternoon late lunch. Wife had ministroni soup and a chicken avocado salad. I had the shrimp with angle hair pasta, 2 glasses of wine, and bruschetta. $90. Three times what it would cost anywhere else... Soup was over cooked and mushy, chicken in the salad was TOUGH. Needless to say, she did not like hers. Mine was pretty good. Serving sizes was small. Won't go back. Olive garden is better and a LOT cheaper. I'm not usual a thought wad. I don't mind paying a good p price for a good meal, but this was midi oacker at best.......
Great food. Great service. Nothing about this experience was a pane.
It was my first time visiting this place with about 15 family members and it’s was pretty great. There’s tons of space inside and outside on the covered patio. They have outdoor heaters that made it very comfortable. The buffet was great and they also had bottomless mimosas. I’d recommend making a reservation beforehand if you have a large party. But overall we had a great experience for our large group and it was very enjoyable.
