I used to love this place but they went downhill from the arguments and yelling they have before with their own workers and people that worked there. It's been years so I decided to give it a try again and the food just wasn't the same. The boba is not the same, they charge so much for the food, charge like $8 for per extra item, also charge service fee on top of tax. We got 2 boba $16, #0 pho tendon, flank on the side, #37 and we pay almost $70. I rather just stick with Nho Pho so much more for about the same price.
1st time here on New Years day with my sister, it was packed. Everyone was sitting so closed to each other, literally 2-3 feet apart. Definitely, CDC guidelines was not enforced here. Pho was ok. My sister said they usually put more meatballs, beef, and etc in the pho but because they're so busy, they were trying be sourceful. I could smell raw beef as I walked to the back to use the restroom. Looks like it was stored in a black bag placed in a open container right by the hallway.
This is best resultant ever I go here with my 3 siblings and my dad, there is an wonder who is super super nice omg the pho is so good
This is probably my favorite restaurant with all the best time forever listed then again I've been going here for you almost a decade

The large portion is literally large and I couldn't finish it even when I was hungry.
Food is good, service ok, cleanliness needs a lot of work on. Servers need to put their mask on. Will go back only when desperate
