Pho#1: great broth and the right type of noodles just not a lot of meat but really good price
I've been coming to Pho 99 since the early 90s as a child, my dad would bring us here. It had been years since I dined here, but it tastes like home to me. Delicious, warm, comforting and kind employees.
I go here at least once a week and it's a really great place and they very friendly. Huge portions for a real good price. Their house special is my favorite and I recommend it to everyone.

My family and I Love this place food is always delicious and fresh.
Used to be my go to spot until the quality went down tremendously. The pho is ok but everything else is hit and miss. Definitely not worth the risk of a bad meal when there's plenty of other great Pho eateries to visit.

I've been to numerous places that serve pho, but this is by far the best. Since I'm a good cook, sometimes the smallest thing, in this case , the broth makes their pho the best. It's so fragrant, and when you add the basil, cilantro, mint, and or the jalapenos, be prepared for an awesome experience. I usually will have the large and a side of spring rolls. The rolls are so fresh and crunchy, served with the peanut sauce. I'll make the drive from Kingsburg to Fresno just to have some pho. Can't wait for my next visit. Enjoy...???
