I went to pho 1 yesterday and the older lady that serve us didn't welcome us and didn't smile with any facial expression like always when we go there. We order 2 seafood Chaofun and 3 ice thai tea. In the seafood chaofun, the fish ball and the meatloaf tasted overdue. The ice thai tea tasted like sink water. This place I always come but it depend on the day you go. Sometime is good sometime is bad. But overall I still like the food and the best part are their pho. Their pho broth tasted good. The only part I don't like is their customer service.
5 star flavorrrr. Its a little hole in the wall and adjacent to three other pho restaurants. but for the taste and price...hands down SOLID grub. PHO #1. If your lookin for a fancy dining experience, id go with take out. Staff is super polite-- so be polite too.
I like this place a lot. The cooking is authentic and legit. It’s cash only, but this shouldn’t be a problem since the prices are very reasonable.I’ve been here 6 or 7 times and find that the food is consistently good. It doesn’t feel like the cleanest place, but don’t be dissuaded. Order the pho and feel the health flowing through your veins!
Quick service! Lady asked us if we're ready to order before we can even open the menu. Ahaahahahaha.. Food came out quick, nice and hot. We ordered the Super pho and house special fried rice. Huge portion and very generous with meat. Customer service isn't all that great. Lady looked mean and doesn't answer to anything. Asked for an extra bowl, she doesn't say a thing. Goes to grab bowl, set it on table and leaves without saying anything. Same things with asking for a Coke. Grabs it, set it on table and walks away. The guy was friendly though. He at least smiled at us. :)
Not too clean not too dirty... but the places seriously do need to have a annually major cleaning. The pho noodles they used are the dried type not the one in the fridge. Their pho broth are never the same. Sometime the broth are good and sometime it taste nasty. Will I go there again? Yea but probably not anytime soon... maybe within the next 3-5 months. They don't greet or always have all the sauce you needed... you will have to ask them or go to another table and grab the sauce there.
Amazing food! I love the way they serve their spring rolls and the cuts in the spicy beef soup are better than what you'll get ANYWHERE else in Fresno.The staff is wonderfully friendly too, I really enjoyed the atmosphere. I will absolutely be back! Thank you so much
Try the the steak and brisket if it's your first time you eat pho.....That's more of a familiar cut of meat.
Could had been better. Order 6 things. Got 3. Waited for my food. While others got there food after I had gotten there and order mine. Poor service. Look at my ticket. They even had the nerve to charge me more that what was on ticket. Rip off.
This is one of the Pho places in a shopping center that has 3 of them and a few more nearby. All of them are good food but none are fancy.
