On our way home we weren't sure what we wanted to eat. Driving I saw Petra Mediterranean Grill so we decided to try it. We didn't know this place existed. The young lady who waited on us was very attentive and very forthcoming with her opinion of the various items on the menu. My wife and I decided to try the Mixed Combo Plate. We only ordered one as there was more than enough for two people. It was no doubt a burst of flavors. We were definitely impressed with the taste and amount. The owners are from Jordan and the cook is from Saudi Arabia. I give my recommendation to anyone who desire mediterranean food to go to Petra's.
Wow, I think I just found my new favorite restaurant! My friend and I both got the chicken plate. The presentation was beautiful and everything on our plates was so fresh and delicious. The restaurant interior was clean and beautiful. I will definitely be back. Maybe tomorrow ?
this will be my 3rd day this week ordering from here. i am absolutely in love with their lamb gyros! the first time i had one, i couldn’t stop thinking about it until i went back and bought 4 to stop me from going everyday. you won’t regret ordering from here.

Tried this place out tonight with the hubby. The staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean and the food is generous in portion, cooked fresh and delicious. We both ordered the Chicken Kabob. Comparatively priced with Mediterranean restaurants in Fresno. Will definitely be back!
Found this place without looking for it while shopping next door and boy am I happy that I did. Took some food to go and it was delicious! The restaurant is very nice. Great aesthetic! The gal up front was very friendly. Can’t wait to go again.

I’m impressed the food was amazing everything was on point. High quality taste customer service was OK you can tell they need a lot of help here as far as employee. I’ll be definitely coming back here.
First thing I noticed upon entering is the nice diffused lighting. The height of the booths allowed for a nice division and a sense of privacy. Customer service is also welcoming and friendly. Very nice atmosphere over all. We ordered the Spicy Chicken Plate, Beef Kebab Plate, and Chicken Salad to go. Meat was tender and flavorful. One thing I should have done was check to see if they have spicy sauce on the side. Also a plus was that the salad was nicely balanced against the main dish. At other places, the vinaigrette is so overwhelmingly citrusy that it dominates all the other flavors on the plate. So that was a big plus for me.
I went there for lunch and had high hopes. I ordered the chicken kabob plate lunch special, which came with pieces of chicken over rice and topped with sauce and bell peppers. It also came with hummus, pita bread and a small salad. The pita bread was hard on the edges and not fresh, and the hummus was probably the worst I've ever had. No flavor at all and it looks like vanilla ice cream. The salad was warm and the tomatoes were soggy. For the price, the food wasn't worth it. Just my opinion. The rice and chicken were good.
