Very unwelcoming sensation and feel. I'm not familiar with Panera Bread and I saw a breakfast item. I ask for it and was told they stop serving breakfast at 11. Which is fine. I was trying to figure out what I wanted sense I don't know the place well. The lady was just staring at me and was tapping her fingers waiting. So I walked out. Not everyone is a daily Panera Bread water and know the menu by heart. But with that kind of treatment forget it. There are PLENTY other places to go to. Like Starbucks, right across from you. I got breakfast food and WAY better coffee.
Haven't been here in so long. As always, the food is good. Lots of new faces.
Centrally located and open for indoor seating. Has great wifi which I appreciate for being able to work and upload full photo galleries for clients. If you need to switch up your work space, this is a great spot to do it at.
Great staff, polite and helpful but food was a disappointment. Nothing tasted fresh except the Bread on the sandwich.
I like the quirky menu and my wife ordered the Mack & Cheese sandwich and enjoyed it. I got the bar-be-que chicken sandwich and I really enjoyed itWhat I would really like is for the return of the Cuban Panini,. So goodEnjoy
I did not experience the poor customer service that many reviewers described. However, I can say it was the worst grilled cheese sandwich I have ever had. The tomato soup had a decent flavor but was served barely warm. Personally, I like my soup hot! Especially when it's 40 degrees outside.
It's usually safe to assume they are out of a lot of items. This definitely isn't a new supply chain issue because it was like this before the Pandemic. The only ones in town that seem to have it together are on the West side.
Lots of nice soups & sandwiches. Very nice change from fast food. And they were fast! Great service!!
I always have at least one issue with my order every time I come here (last time I had chicken missing from my breakfast wrap). Don't ask them to slice your bagels because they do them horribly ? Otherwise, a good location especially if you are dining in because it's easier to spot issues with your order. They really need to hire more employees to ensure that orders are correct. I really enjoy the food, though. Inside has always been clean with plenty of spots to sit down.
Lisa was our customer service lady. She is so up beat and friendly! I love walking in and be greater the way she does! Thank you!
