Im going to honest I normally don’t care about the price, however! Too expensive for 5 small items, the brownie was the only good thing which was 99 cents. The French breach was hard as a rock, the smoothie was bad. Paid $18 for my order and would honestly not come here again, even though I use to love their broccoli ? cheddar soup. Customer service was good.Plenty of parking availableWent at noon today and was not a long wait, the drive thru was quick
Service was great and quick I enjoy there food will come back we sat outside in the patio They even came out and clean our table we were ready to take the dishes in but he said Don't worry he got it ☺️

Team member had a horrible attitude and made a huge deal about how we picked up our online order after we waited inline for 30 mins. The food was sub-par, due to everything over all, not really interested in going ever again
Panera makes some tasty food ! Am i right !! The asian chicken salad with the asian soup is off the hook with tasty flavors ! I do the pick 2 thing. But get 3. Lol. Comes with a bread an butter, or, i think an apple. I could be wrong. I was wrong once before back in 1982. Boy was that a disaster. Panera is a great place for me to have lunch at some times. I work nearby, so, im glad its there !
Just talked with Dave the manager on 1/22/22 explained to him that my cup of soup I ordered to go was only filled up half way when I opened up the bag when I got home all he wanted to do was argue with me how it was impossible to fill the cup half way $5.99 plus tax down the drain a waste of time and gasoline
Don't go there cause a employee thought my husband was her ex husband or ex boyfriend and called the police and almost had him arrested. After the police called it in that it wasn't her ex she didn't want to come out and apologized cause she was embarrassed.
Used the kiosk to order which is convenient, the lady that prepared our food was very nice and made sure everything was to order.
was normal good place and would go there just about every day .but asked the manager an Question about something and got an extremely hostile attitude and response from him. i don’t think i’ll be going back anymore after today.
