The only reason I gave two stars was because the food was good.The eating area was filthy, the bathrooms were dirty and didn't have any supplies.One young man that was working seemed more interested in his friends and using foul language then doing his job.Panera is usually very clean and a really good place to eat.This is a fairly new store and you wouldnt know from the appearance.You cant fix stuff if you dont know about.I hope you elevate the level of this store.
I love Panera as food is really goodRetturning Customers are rewarded by eating asthey give discounts for their food.Today they had samples of their bread and was excellent.

Conveniently location off highway 99. Great sandwiches, clean seating area, and friendly service. They mixed up my order but made it right by replacing my food.

Kinda of pricey but usually delicious and worth it. Forgot my 2 bagels today though and drive thru person was surprisingly brisk.
I wish I could give zero stars. I had a simple order two Thai chicken soups and a baguette. First the soup was lukewarm at best and if your going to charge me for Thai chicken soup have chicken in it. So very disappointing I would of thought Panera had better standards. I know they're serving soup in a bag for sure it isn't homemade, but at least keep your vendor honest and assure that your receiving quality product. Sub par at best on the soup. What a shame... I CAN NOT in good conscience recommend this Panera save your money and go elsewhere for quality food. Panera should be ashamed to serve this product.

Orderd Panera last night and I asked for a tomato soup instead of vegetable soup with my meal, and the manager could not do that because the meal I ordered was a duets. Very disappointing !
The price of the sandwiches are ridiculous when you really just getting bread with a piece of lettuce in the middle LOL
