Good food… veggies was only cabbage there was no broccoli… complained no reaction ?didn’t get any ?♀️
Great food. Good proportions. However, there seems to be confusion about the tartar sauce. My friend and I come here often.One person said they charge for it, another said only 1 should be given to 2 people to share, and another person gave us 2 for my friend and I. I deducted 2 stars for this. Not sure why this is confusing but it's frustrating bcuz it's inconsistent plus my friend likes tartar sauce. So, we get it every time with varying results, listed above.
First time here at this establishment the decor is very well executed customer service is absolutely terrible. The cashier seemed very irritable don’t know if she was having a bad day we tried to order quickly and this was our first time eating here. So we ordered our food and waited . Other people came in and ordered and they received their food rather quickly. Ours seemed like it was sitting out because when we got our food it was really cold . Not really worth a trip to come here. Very disappointed in the food lack of flavor lots of cartilage in the beef. The fried shrimp batter was not cooked thoroughly. The spam masubi I seemed a little discolored to me so I did not eat it. Wasn’t really cleaned either. Overall this experience left us disappointed it lacked and was basic. Save your money.*UPDATE* I had food poisoning all nightEat at your own risk
Very great food taste very good always went by there but one day decide to check it out on a Thursday got the special of the garlic chicken Lord have mercy since then I have been Inseparable from this restaurant hooked on their food
I came here just to purchase a gift card for my boyfriend and one of the employees which I won’t name till the owner asks me. But yes once he rang me up for a gift card, he was still wearing his pair of gloves that he was preparing the sauce with. I worked in the food industry, my parents had a restaurant, but please be courteous and once you’re done prepping the sauce. Take off your glove and put a new pair of gloves, and make sure you wash your hands. It was so disgusted that the sleeve of the gift card there a bit of the teriyaki sauce on it that I had to ask for a new sleeve. Just important factor!!! PUT A NEW SET OF GLOVES WHEN HANDLING A DIFFERENT TASK!!!????
I purchased extra chicken and paid more but they give so little. I only got 2 pieces of chicken is that how it supposed to be?? That’s a ripoff this place. I been in the others Hawaiian BBQ and they give 4X more chicken regular without adding extra chicken. I added extra chicken and only got 2 pieces of chicken. Never coming here again. “DONT COME HERE THEY REDUCE THE AMOUNT THAT SHOULD BE GIVEN IN A PLATE”.
Bad customer service and they didn’t want to add extra cabbage inside my plate even though I paid extra for it. I wanted inside and not outside. Bad customer service bad everything.
I had the chicken and I enjoyed every bite. Loved their macronni salad. What I get everytime I am there is Spam Musobi (I know I didn't spell it right).
They have a good mixture of food my favorite was the chicken, macaroni salad,and the spam sushi roll
WOW. Very delicious food. I had the mixed plate pork beef and chicken. With veggies. White rice and macaroni salad. I was full and ithoroughly enjoyed the meal. We will be back.
