We had lunch here on two occasions. There are so many choices of sandwiches, Italian specialties and salads. We absolutely LOVED our lunches and we highly recommend Sams’s Deli and Market!
It is a very nice place to have a meal here. It has a big variety of food and you should definitely try their sandwitches. Also staff is very polite!
Lots to choose from - fresh ravioli and pasta, etc. Wanted semolina flour to make bread - found other fun things to try.

Sam's is a Fresno treasure. Meats, cheeses, olive oil, truffle oil, produce, and fresh bread. I love this place, and I can't seem to escape the experience without spending twice as much as I thought I would. Thanks, guys...
The service is excellent on the days I've been there. I love to go when they first open, it isn't crowded then. All their products are upscale and a bit pricey, but excellent.
A longstanding staple in the community for many years, and for GOOD reason - the food is fresh and utterly delicious! All is made–to-order with fresh breads and pastas galore. I continually go back and the excellence of the food is consistently superior. The service is first-rate -- you WILL NOT find a better deli in town than Sam’s. Highly recommend.
The minute you enter, there is an atmosphere of friendliness. The store is clean, the food is amazing, and the employees are extremely helpful and patient.
Sam’s Deli is reminiscent of the Old Italian Delis in New York. Tasty meats, cheeses, and an assortment of delicious condiments. Their friendly staff assemble the best tasting sandwiches with the finest meats and cheeses and veggies to your liking. Yum! We need another Sam’s in North Fresno.
