We had a late dinner here and hoped to get in and out. That did not happen. This may have been a COVID-related thing in that they cannot hire enough service people, but it was slow. Having said that, the food was off-the-charts good. We ordered the dinner for 2, which was really a dinner for 2 NFL Offensive Linemen. We took half of it home and had it for lunch the next day, and there were still leftovers. The sashimi was incredibly fresh. How they did that in Fresno which is so far from the coast is a mystery, but it was very good. They also have community tables where the chef cooks things and plays with his cleavers (like Benihana). Well done!
Came in for the sushi bar, the Scallop uni capaccio is amazing, and only few restaurants carry this sushi appetizer. And overall we feel very satisfied. 我们过来优胜美地旅游，我们点的所有寿司都很棒，海胆很新鲜，我们都超级喜欢，我会推荐给我的朋友们这家餐馆
Outstanding sushi and teppanyaki and extremely high quality ingredients. The service was fast and very friendly, it just took a little effort to order due to the language barrier. Overall it was amazing and I can’t wait to come back!
A little pricey but quality is well worth it. Also staff are super attentive. The sushi conveyor belt is really nice too. I love getting to either choose sushi or teppenyaki. There is plenty of room and space and its quiet enough to have a conversation.
The wait was long to have tepenyaki, I was not liking the steak it was seasoned with sauce not dry seasonings. The water was definitely purified that was a big positive and our server was fantastic
The staff were very attentive and helpful, and everything was delicious. I sat on the revolving sushi bar side and it was a smooth and satisfying experience. The plates are color coded by price, and they even send marble sodas down the belt.
If you've never been to a sushi place with a revolving belt then it's good to experience it but dont expect a lot of variety. My first revolving belt sushi was in Japan and they had more options to choose from. As for their sushi/roll, I can't say that it is the best. It's mediocre. It's not my cup of tea. The rice was a little dry and undercooked. Flavors was ok but there are other sushi places I'd prefer over this one.
So happy to have a conveyor in such a convenient location. Pleasant environment. Quality sushi fast!
The tempura was cold little greasy, the dragon roll was luke warm and could have been spicier. Service pleasant but a little slow
