The food was very poor quality. My kids used to like to go here but we hadn't been since covid restriction. Complete waste of money. And on top of that the atmosphere was less than inviting or relaxing as the owner's children were screaming and fighting with each other at the top of their lungs. I will definitely be visiting other local restaurants instead.
Love Ming's! Prices are reasonable, the food is amazing!! I'm shocked it's not packed all the time, but, happy because I get a seat instantly? try the Mung Tofu, it's a dish we buy every visit.
Consistant and good everytime. It might not be the fanciest, but we have never had a complaint in over 10yrs coming here. They serve a large portion on their dinners, so my daughter and I almost always have enough for lunch the next day. We love the soup that's included with dinner with just a splash of soy sauce. The best egg foo young is the best I've had in Fresno so far. Friendly and attentive server.
The most horrible Chinese food ever the take out Portions are nor even half the size as when u dine in the BBQ pork is a joke dry no flavor
It was good of course not the same experience of 1992. And they have a limit on refill of sodas kind of upsetting. Business is not doing to well ? should update the restaurant a little and let customers use the restrooms. I guess its my last visit. I supposedly had kan pao chicken and it was something else and had no pao or no spice at all till my friend got the hot mustard ? there was my kick.
bad there old menu and prices were so much better
So I've used to love going here when I was in my teenage years it really was tasty , but they changed there recipes and taste not as good, also the good looking pictures on here or when you look up mings menu is outdated and not up to date there prices have went up to. I WANT THE OLD MINGS BACK GLORY DAYS.
We ordered 2 items, one of which didn't have a lot of it. The flavor felt like it was catered towards non-Chinese people, we were unimpressed.
Don't let the aging exterior...and interior dissuade you from giving this place a try! After seeing the reviews I thought I would check it out. When I got to the location, I was a little worried as it looked a little "tired". The inside was only slightly better. Most of the lights were off which didn't help the appearance of the teal and red decor of a bygone era. I went with one of the preset meals, lemon chicken, almond vegetables and fried rice. I was very pleasantly surprised! Food was fresh and very tasty! Definitely recommend it to everyone!
OMG!!! Talk about delicious! I think I found a new favorite Chinese restaurant. In fact... No...I found a new restaurant! Omg first of all I would like to say this place is so cute inside. I love the chandeliers and cute seating inside. It's just really really comforting and relaxing. Also, the guy who served us was really friendly and helpful and was very accommodating towards everyone. He was going to people's tables checking to see if they needed refills or anything else. He was super kind. Now... The food... This is where we get to the good stuff.... Me and my bf came in here to grab some food to go. He got the general tso chicken with the pork chow mein and fried shrimp and I got the spicy orange chicken with pork chow mein. Omg. Now that is orange chicken. Omg so saucy... So delicious... And with a crispiness to it that was so delightful. The general Tso chicken was super delicious as well with peppers that gave it some kick and broccoli. It was so good. The chow mein was omg so delicious. And the fried shrimp is to die for. Everything tasted so wonderful. The chili sauce complimented the food so well and was super good. The only complaint I have is that their soda was a little on the flat side. But the food was so good ... That I really didn't care lol. Omg if you have the chance, you have to try this place. I know I'm going to be eating there a whole lot now that I've found them.
