Only in Fresno for 1 day and was craving boba. The drink was okay but the boba was hard and inedible…if I tried the drink in the store I’d definitely tell them to switch out the topping but unfortunately drove off before trying the drink. Next time I’ll remember to try the drink in store before leaving any new place I visit. So disappointed
Terrible terrible !! Customer service is non existent at this location. The staff at this location have no desire to work here! All staff the were hiding in the back. When I got my order , it was wrong and I pointed it out to the staff and she didn’t even offer to remake it (Same thing happened to the customer in front of me). Get it together people!I will say I’ve been to other location and they’re much more friendly and attentive.
I don't even know why I try with this place anymore. Second time going and I had my oldest get my drink. They didn't even make it the way she asked and when we went back to fix it they charged me more money to fix it. Like I asked for a drink with boba they put no boba and charged me more money to get it when I already paid for it. Fresno has so many better boba places. Don't settle for this place people. Don't waste your money.
I’ve only been here twice. First experience I ordered a tareo smoothie with whip cream and cookie bits on top, when I got the drinks, I was told the cookie bits fell down. Which idk how it would be possible since it’s supposed to be on top, but I didn’t complain so I went to the store to buy some Oreos to crumble on top.Regardless the drinks came out amazinnggggg. I’ll definitely recommended. Second time I accidentally came a min before closing thinking it closed at midnight. I must’ve thought of another place. Regardless they still took my order with great customer service. I might’ve forgotten to order a smoothie instead because I was given iced drinks instead. They fixed it no problem. Drinks are made so quick.

Cashier Sumith was extremely helpful and patient with me since it was my first time coming to this place. However, one issue I had is that they were extremely understaffed by having only two workers when having as much as 12 customers in line. Having one person taking orders and one person making boba can be extremely overwhelming for two workers. Another thing that did suck is that they actually ran out of Boba. So I had to order another drink. This place isn't too bad, yet I feel the place having only two workers is too much for those employees especially when you get a rush.
Great drinks and even better service! I’ve been a few time and everything is always great. On the most recent order there was a slight mix up with the drink but they went above and beyond to make it right. This is always going to be my go-to boba shop! ?

Ordered a large tiger milk with boba and large strawberry mango shortly after, both were great with the black boba. The tiger boba was an amazing with a very strong caramel taste which I like, the strawberry mango smoothie was mixed together perfectly and you could taste the fruit bits in the drink. My friend had a green apple based drink that he said was about a 8/10 in taste, but he reordered a tiger milk w/ boba which he enjoyed as well. They had plenty of fun party games to play as well, we played jenga and icebreakers. Excited to try their new pokemon themed drinks next time I return.
