As the receipt shows, I had a transaction on 03/21/22 and somehow the cashier entered the wrong phone number associated with my account. I brought it to her attention and she replied "only my manager will be able to fit it". She is not here today.I went back on 03/23/22 the manager was present in the store this time and again I explained what happened but no one bothered to fit it. I am not looking for anything that I should not have gotten. It clearly states each dollar spent earn a point. I had $11.27 Menchie's money and $15.96 Smiles balance. My little one takes pleasure in adding up the 50 reward points to get $5 off an order. This is simple stuff but just frustrating; a little courtesy goes a long way. I wouldn't recommend this store.

Great frozen yogurt. Toppings are always fresh unlike some other places.
Very rude and disrespectful. Distasteful actually. Yes it’s covid it’s overwhelming. I know I work in fast food. I see both point of views. There were so much people in there for one about 10-15 which ridicules for it being such a small space. Two the employees where very rude. Three Me and my boyfriend had finished first, this dude really said where you next in line. Like what. I finished first ring us up and get us out of there. There’s customers yelling. It’s Overwhelming like i said but they are very irresponsible and didn’t have a sign that should say how many people could go in. No social distancing. They could of made a sign that says 3 groups at time or only have 2-3 groups in there. Me and boyfriend were the only ones wearing gloves. Also the cashier was very rude and ignored me when I asked for two spoons and my boyfriend. Also there were literally children in there with NO MASK ON about 7-10 years old. We felt uncomfortable and rushed. Really disappointed.
The skinny pogo stick looking kid that’s behind the counter not working because all he does it Talk the whole time! I couldn’t even enjoy my time in there with my family cause he was giving a play by play and there’s no customer service they can’t even bag up your ice cream at the end! Lazy lazy lazy.. not worth it!
It was Irish spring trash trash. There cake is so good tho but the lady wouldn't give her number.

The yogurt is good, employees usually pleasant. However; with the flat price and the portions is ridiculous. $5.99 for original tart, no toppings and you get a cup not even half filled.No thanks.I’ll keep my $6
DO NOT GO DURING PANDEMICOnce we entered the shop they started to immediately barking instructions at us. No friendly greeting. The orders were completely wrong, more toppings than you normally put and was soupy. Over priced flat rate. Awful overall from costmer service to the frozen yogurt. Dont go.
I absolutely LOVE this Menchies!!!! They are consistently very clean, kind and always have smiles on their faces. As a physician who cares for children it is imperative that my close contacts only visit establishments where recommended PPE is enforced. Thank you so much Menchies for keeping my family members safe so that I can stay healthy and care for children in need. You Rock!
