Very great customer service plus really amazing staff. The chef recommended a delicious center piece that looked visually appeasing can't wait to go back (I recommend the bluefin fish that they have )
Normally I would give Maya 4-5 stars but today I ordered over the phone to-go and sent my wife to pick it up. They said 20 minutes so we gave them an extra 10 minutes. When she showed up the gal gave her the $85 bill and my wife paid it. Then she walked over and put the order in. After waiting a couple minutes, my wife asked, “did you just put the order in? Is it not ready?” The answer she got was, “yeah I got busy and forgot but it won’t take long.” 20 minutes later my wife calls me to say she’ll be late and explain the situation… I get it, accidents happen but you don’t give the bill to someone acting like their to-go order is ready just to ensure you get your tip. You gotta make it right before I return as a customer or Change my rating….
This place has quickly become one of my favorite sushi places. Their sushi is fresh, their flavors are well paired and always amazing.
Had my usual roll I order which had shrimp tempura, avocado and cucumber. It had some crab in it that honestly didn't taste very fresh. I ordered combo tempura for an appetizer, and not much flavor.
The staff is friendly, The service is quick, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the FOOD IS THE BOMB ? ?
This is our favorite sushi place and are so happy they are open for lunch on Friday- Sunday now. They will customize anything and their rolls are always packed full of goodies and full of great flavor!
First time here since they've changed businesses. Sushi here was super good! Rolls were nicely presented and fish was fresh. Ordered the special miso... We could have eaten a gallon of it! Service was also on point and attentive to what we needed. They have qr codes that you can order straight from your table, but you can also order from the waitress as well.
By far the BEST Sushi restaurant in town.Great service. Great quality. Great People who work there.A must try if you love sushi or just want to try sushi
Ordered online for pickup. Order was supposed to be done at 6:15 I arrived at 6:20 I was told they are still working on my order. I wait there for 10 more minutes and go back to check a lady this time says were waiting on the sushi. I ask her how long estimate and she goes to the sushi chef to discover that they haven't even begun my order.... they are so lost there
