Saw this place had great reviews. We were driving past and needed to eat, so stopped here. Very friendly service, great food, good price. Perfect stop off.
I got the best BLT with avocado I've ever had in my life. Seriously. But the owner is scary and yells at you and talks very, very fast. If you can't hear or understand his fast speech he gets angry if you ask him to repeat something. The menu is confusing because he has posters showing salads but salads are nowhere to be found on the menu. And prices don't always match what's on the menu. The music you hear is obnoxious and loud and something was squeaking very loudly so I had to get out as fast as I possibly could. It was my intent to eat there but the environment and the owner's yelling were so annoying and unpleasant my food became takeout. But even though being there was a horrible experience, my sandwich was amazingly delicious.
A Hidden gem, serving restaurant quality sandwiches and pilaf, made by one friendly and talkative chef working in the corner of a covienence store. Wierd, but so glad I found this place!
The Philly cheesesteak here is pretty good. Well flavored and juicy with cheese and flavor. My grandson tried the bacon cheeseburger and fries and loved it. The fries are big crunchy steak fries with seasoning. He also toasts his bread which means it's made with love. The bread for the Philly is good as well. I got the rice pilaf and although it wasn't the best Pilaf I've ever had he knew perfectly to add the garlic sauce to mix it up and BAM it was good. He sprinkles it with a little pepper and it works. Its inside a convenience store with a lot of good alcohol and fun beverages. The beverages are separate from the Philly cheesesteak side but definitely worth browsing. I was able to find a watermelon punch Jack Daniel's adult beverage that was pretty good so I'd definitely return for both the adult libations and the Philly sandwich. Next time I'm going to try the burger. My grandson said he'd give it a 5.The owner is the best part of the experience. He's a very sweet genuine person. That makes it even better to support! If you want a good Philly you have to try him out.
Man very friendly you can tell he loves what he does singing while cooking that is beautiful to see. Food hit the spot and portions where great and my husband enjoyed his bacon cheese burger fresh and worth the wait!! Definitely recommend ??
We made a quick stop here on our way out of town. The cook was super friendly, we loved him! And the food was super yummy. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much!
Great food! Owner, chef is very personable and entertaining. Best Shwarma and Philly steak I've had in a long time!
Ive been coming to this location from day one and there is not one day I was disappointed. I am greeted with joy and happiness. Great customer service. The fresh and hot 20 minute wait is well worth it.
I came to try the lamb gyro, as I was told the gyro here was excellent along with their cheesesteaks. The gyro was pretty good, although the pita bread was grilled and kinda crunchy. I would prefer it softer but easy fixed by asking him next time not to grill it. I prefer strong flavors so I would like the garlic sauce stronger but if you like it mild this is for you. My husband had the hamburger, and he said it was omay. My son had the chicken bowl, and it was just okay. I would recommend either the gyro or cheesesteak if you come here. Bottom line I would go again for the gyro if I was in the area, but wouldn't make a special trip a half hour across town.
OMG don't like this place at all. This is not good Mediterranean food! Dry pita, weird texture to the beef kind of chewy, yuk. Garlic sauce tastes like mayonnaise. Takes 20 minutes or more to get your food. The guy working it talks to himself... And he's the owner. I won't be back.
