I so wanted to like this place but the customer service was sorely lacking the day I went.The food was actually delicious. I ordered the flank and brisket pho. It was well seasoned, satisfyingly hot (temperature-wise),and there were plenty of condiments at the table. The chili oil was great but pretty spicy. The spring rolls were alright, they had too much mint for my taste. I also wasn't a huge fan of the tiger latte.Now as for the customer service, we were seated immediately. It wasn't packed, but not quite empty. But the young man who seated us left after taking our drink order for quite a long time before we caught someone's eye to get our order taken. Then when we got our meal (not a long wait), it took us flagging down someone else to get utensils. After we ate our fill (PLENTY left over, the portions are pretty good), we had to wait a long time AGAIN to catch someone to bring us the check and some container.Overall, the customer service and the far drive, I probably won't be back
Very tasty Pho. I had the veggie pho with vegan broth, and it was delicious. The veggies were fresh, and the broth was flavorful. Staff was nice.
I loved their matcha caramel latte & the Sour N' Spicy pho. Different but flavorful pho broth. Worth the try!
Flavorful broth. I really enjoyed their sour n' spicy shrimp pho. Their grapefruit queen drink that was like a slushie was great too!
Service was meeeh very whatever food was not as flavorful as my go to spots, more grease than flavor & portion was small compared to other spots. Very disappointed that the pictures show a hooked up plate and I got maybe 4 pieces of meat? also didn’t have chili oil major let down.
I visited this restaurant for the first time three weeks ago, I ordered the Sour N Spicy Shrimp Pho and the boba tiger latte, everything was delicious, the restaurant is very clean and welcoming, the staff are so polite, I went again with family twice after the first time!!! I ordered the Shrimp Pho my brother ordered the Steak Pho and Takoyaki for appetizer ?
I really enjoyed the sour and spicy pho it was amazingly delicious. Along with the milk teas and boba. Good service, nice place.
I’ve had pho at a couple dozen places in Fresno and the Bay Area, and this place has the best broth and quality of ingredients. It doesn’t get any better. The boba shop attached to it has great drinks too.The only pho place I’ve gone that actually has good to-go containers! All the food is in a big plastic bowl and you pour the perfect amount of broth over it.A couple bucks more than the cheap places, but the food is sensationally good.The decor is very nice and there’s lots of indoor/outdoor seating. They’re pretty new so they’re not really busy, but I hope people find out about them and they succeed.
My favorite boba place. I'm so addicted.I love their lychee osmanthus tea, Boba tiger latte, taro latte, matcha tiramisu, and strawberry cheezo. Their thai tea is the first thai tea i actually like, same with the boba. I love that they have super size options. I wish they were back near clovis because it's pretty far from me.
House special ramen was ok, boba drink I liked since I customized it to half the sweetness. Cute place with outdoor seating and cool ambiance. I just think the ramen was made more fusion to cater to the demographics in the area
