I didn’t eat here today but I was thinking about how good it would be if La Jacka had a set restaurant in fresno. Don’t get me wrong it’s always fun trying to locate them and finding them parked next to a fun event . I highly recommend this place for I’ve only had great customer service and good food.

Had the alpastor the first time & the second time. First time I had no problem w/my oder BUT the second time .. It was a BIG NO to me. They charged me $15+ for 3 tacos! Like REALLY! And ontop of that they just threw everything on top of the 3 layer tortilla! Yes 3 layer NOT 2. I had to scoop the food into the taco & that box wasn't shaken,I only walked a couple of feet to sit down & eat. They didn't even try putting any veggies on it either. I couldn't get back in line cause the line was long . Bad service. Good food but I wouldn't recommend it.

They have perfected jackfruit as a meat substitute, the asada was delicious - as was the cheese and sauces! Can’t wait to try vegan horchata next time
Second time trying this place, first time i opted for the “asada burrito” and the second I went with the “jackada fries”. I was excited to try this place for the second time due to a unpleasant experience the first as I had bits of inedible rice in my burrito. The second time i won’t deny I had a great time eating I enjoyed the food, but not even 20 minutes after consuming I immediately felt sick. Diagnosis, food poisoning. I found it odd to have two bad experiences with a truck rated so highly. Wont eat here again, hate to leave a bad review but consumers be cautious.
My roommates and I are here in Fresno for a road trip. We selected let jacka mobile from a Google recommendation and we couldn't be happier. The customer service was outstanding, they were very hygienic, and they loaded up our plates. The food was incredible and I wish there was one back in Texas. I highly recommend getting the jacked burrito bowl if you are gluten free and vegan!
