This place is no longer the same as it used to be years ago. I haven't able to come by to this place for the last 2 years since the pandemic started. Today I was around the corner after car wash stop by and Order a seafood combo and upon receipt I opened the container the beef was old and dry shrimp was not prepared fresh the fish was looked like it sat for hours on the grilled or something and yet their a sign said no more short ribs ?♂️ discontinued... the worker were up to no par as they didn't prepare the food fresh how it use to be years ago right after orders. There were over cooked Katsu chicken laying everywhere on the back counters. Workers where struggling to take orders and no source of communications whatsoever. Whoever was in charged in this restaurant doesn't see the lack of these workers.
Been going here for years. Never had a problem and the food is delicious. Would recommend the chicken katsu or the BBQ chicken. Mmm

Their food the most disgusting ever like fr the way they cooked my food is nasty the meet I got was omg ??. They need to close place like dis bc ppl might get sick from it. Sorry but wha I got was horrible

Went to order food. I got there at 15 minutes to closing. They have the door locked already. Be aware. These people don’t care about their business, why should anyone? If you close at 15 minutes earlier then posted, why not say you close at 845?
Wife did a door dash order and originally ordered “Chicken Katsu Plate” but got curry chicken katsu instead. Hope they do better on organizing/reading their customers door dash orders next time.
Missing our appetizer. Food that we did get was burnt and flavorless. The short ribs were nothing but a strip of bones and the Mac salad was hot. I’ve been coming here years and it has gone down the drain in the last year or so. There are plenty of other places now that will give quality food and service so no more from L&L.
Ordered a Loco Moco with gravy on the side. The cook/manager messed up on it twice. The third time he got the gravy on the side, but the eggs were busted and the hamburgers were still raw. When I called, the manager started arguing with me that how can they be raw they're thin patties. And he was sorry that he didn't cook them for as long as I wanted. Then he said he'd replace my meal the next time I was in and hung up on me...Gone downhill maybe it's time to close this one.
Bbq beef and chicken are good. My wife likes the loco moco and the spam masubi.Not a fan of the pork options fairly chewie but overall great food. I recommend this place.I think the owner needs 2 chefs on duty sometimes they only have one and the poor guy is overworked.
