Place was unorganized we ordered large fries and until we got them they mentioned to us they had ran out of ketchup we asked for ranch and the server said that “that was all the amount of ranch they could give us” lol lemonade was great tho
Got sushi here with my best friend on st Patty's day! Even though they were busy, we were seated quickly and the service was great! Our waiter was kind and very good, and our sushi was incredible and was made super quickly!
I went in to pick up a Doordash order this evening. While standing inside waiting for the order a young lady came up to help me. She then went to go ask the sushi chefs how much longer. The gentleman she spoke with was shoving food in his mouth as he was preparing the food ??. We have eaten here often and now we will not be back. That is completely disgusting! I'm not sure of his name but he was a younger gentleman that had his hat backwards.
Had meal in Dining room and was really pleased with the quick and professional service. Love their food and have it delivered often. Thumbs up for me :)
I ordered takeout on the phone and the worker said it would take 1 hour for the food to be ready. She said that if it was ready before then, she would give me a call. I decided to go in and get my food after my hour wait. The food was already waiting to be picked up. I ordered calamari and 2 rolls.I drove to the corner to eat. While trying to pick up a calamari with the chopsticks, the lemon was stuck to it. There was NO crunch, flavor, SALT. WHERE IS THE SEASONING???!!!! It was soggy!I’m disappointed in the service because I did not received a call back when it was ready. Disappointed for the soggy food that must have been sitting there for who knows how long.
I really enjoy this place, Great food!!! The only reason why I am giving a One star is because if the experience I had with one of the hostess. She got angry at me because I was explain why I dont want to move to a smaller table.

I got food to-go. I asked ahead of time if the beef was cut into very thin pieces because I wanted chuncks of actual steak. She said this ribeye teriyaki was the meal I wanted to order. The beef ended up being exactly like asada (very thin and fatty) and even though we ordered teriyaki there was absolutely no seasoning or sauce on it. I asked for extra teriyaki sauce on the side and they gave me something that smelled like alcohol, but I'm pretty sure was just their version of soy sauce. So we didn't eat much due to it being plain. I paid around $60 for 2 meals and some ramen noodles. The ramen noodles were stuck together but they did sit for the car ride home, so that could be normal?The chicken was okay, it didn't taste like teriyaki but it did have some flavor. Same goes for the fried rice, which we has with no meat.
Where to begin the 1st time I came it was pretty good ,food Was good and service was great. I gave them 2 more tries each time was worse than the other, The last Time I came in it took forever just to get water and my entire family ate their meal Before I got My meal they were waiting in the car for me epically horrible . I don't usually leave negative reviews but it was that bad plus if I could give him negative stars I would.?????
The best thing about this place was the zucchini and peanut salad dressing..the miso soup lacked taste..the fried rice taste as if it was fried in yesterday's breakfast bacon..greasy and burnt bacon taste..the new York steak was very tender but cold..the chicken was tough and cold..the shrimp was somewhat warm and fair...the only redeeming factor was the manager choose to cut the dinner to half price..I ended up taking my meals home to my dogs..as did my three guests.
