I love Krispy Kreme, but have decided that I dislike ordering through the app. There's no option to get variety other than a mini assortment and even though I ordered that hours before it was to get ready, when the delivery driver went to pick it up, there was nothing left, and it just seems like a priority should have been put towards the people who already ordered for the day...
On this occasion, I used the drive through and ordered a raspberry filled donut and a coffee with sugar. I am glad the order was only for myself because the donut was squashed in half. Its appearance was the fault of machinery and not of human error. It was an anomaly and the donut was still good and tasty. This is just a cautionary tale...if you need pretty pastries for an event, park and go inside so you can point out the ones in the case that you prefer.As for my coffee, it did not contain the requested sugar. I neglected to ask the young man who presented it to me if the sugar had been added. I now know to confirm for my next visit.
My wife and I had a sad morning and decided to come here to feel better. The donuts were great and tasty. Thank you Krispy Kreme for cheering us up on a bad day.
The glazed original donuts are the best warm off the grill drippy with glazy goodness, St Patty's style.
One of the best places for donuts in town in my opinion. They always are able to provide me with a dozen or more donuts for special events and are very kind and patient while also being efficient. If you want a consistent donut I would recommend going here.

I was craving a donut and came Saturday at 8:30 pm. Knowing how late it was I decided to get the original glazed since it seemed like slim picking on display. Unfourtanetly, there was none for whatever reason. Feel free to send me a coupon for 2 donuts.
What a great experience, thanks to Jessica for the nice and friendly service. I mentioned to her that it was my son's birthday, and that I was taking the donuts to his school. She suggested that I should take some hats to. She then gave me some for the kids. Thankyou Jessica and keep up the great work.
Never impressed with them. Doughnuts are mediocre at best. So many local mom and pop shops around. And at least one Bongo Doughnuts is open 24 hours.Krappy kream is hit garbage
1st time coming to Krispy Kreme with my 18yr old son. Was disappointed that i couldn't see donuts being made but a very nice young man by the name of Gustavo (GUS) greeted me and my son with a pleasant smile behind the mask and great service, even allowed me to briefly use his phone. His personality made me for the moment have a better day and brought a smile to my face. I enjoy good service and enjoy recognizing that individual(s) which provide it. The 3 star is because it's a little overpriced to me, coffee average and i didn't see any donuts being made which would've been fun to see.
