My first time in Fresno. My friend and I stumbled upon this Downtown Fresno Gem.Seamus was our bartender. He has a great personality and is a tremendous asset to this bar.Great way to welcome newcomers in town. He also recommended coming on Saturday to listen to the live bands. Two thumbs up and 5 stars!!
Placed an order on 3/29/2022 the girl who took my order over the phone said my food would be ready in 5 minutes I’m like how is chicken gone be ready I’m 5 minutes she replies I don’t know we cook our food fast I’m like let me talk to management cause I want my food fresh she put me on hold got back on the phone oh management is gone so I rush to the location get there in 7 minutes both of the managers was there black people got to do better chicken was hot and fresh but the customer service horrible then they have the employees lieing said Ming they wasn’t there when they was
Wonderful staff and patrons. Food is by far the best in downtown Fresno. Atmosphere is welcoming and upbeat. Outdoor patio is very nice. Make a stop by if you haven't already. Support the local business
Great atmosphere, great food, service was friendly and quick. The wings though... my goodness... the wings are everything!
Wings are the absolute best. The hot wings were excellent. Where they fall short is the aesthetics. Its dirty, dark and not well maintained. Bathroom was very dirty...if this got addressed. It would be five stars.
Great band played on Sat Jan 15, 'Impromptu Band'. Great drinks. $5 dollar cover charge. I hope to go back and see them play again, soon. I went late at night and did not eat anything.
My friends and I had a great time listening to the live band. However, when we were ready to leave we walked outside and a friend of mine needed to use the restroom and when he went to go back in the front door worker said my friend had to pay just to go back in and use the restroom. This was a little unfair knowing that less than 30seconds of walking through the exit door my friend turned around had to pay to use the restroom in a facility that he was still near.
Personable service but the WORST iced tea ever. Wings would be excellent but they need toget WAY BACK on the salt.
The two bartenders, Alexis and Ophelia, were fantastic. The food was good and quick and the drink was perfect!That being said, the manager interaction was the low point of my experience. I've worked with my share of unhelpful and unprofessional leaders and Mike is a perfect example of what not to do. Coming out of your office just to criticize and talk down to the women actually running your restaurant, and to have wildly inappropriate political conversations at your bar with your cook, directly in front of customers, is probably not the move. Do better, guy.Still a great lunch though.
