Looked awesome as soon as we walked in. Once my son started playing I realized all toys and play structures were SO grimy and dirty. Toys have no batteries. It just isn’t upkept how it should be. I decided not to take him again with how gross the surfaces were. A few days later, my son came down with hand foot mouth.??♀️ Wish we would have never gone. Owners - PLEASE clean the toys and structures! Also- the area for “3 and under” has so many older kids in it that the littles can’t play. The lady at the front does not pay attention to the older kids that are overpowering the little kids. However, that is not as big of a deal as the cleanliness. My son is MISERABLE with HFM.
*UPDATE: we had our sons 1st birthday here! It was so amazing and fantastic! All of our friends and family were impressed! The only thing I was little disappointed on was the balls are still extremely low and I wish they would fill it back how it use to be… also I understand they want everyone wearing socks but for my guests of the party that forgot socks I don’t think it should be a big deal and make them buy socks after we pay how much we paid for the party. It’s a private party don’t think it should matter if they are bare foot or not…! Overall the party was absolutely amazing and we loved the 2 girls that helped set it up!We went for the first time to check it out to book his 1st birthday! We ended up booking and we stayed for 3 hours! He absolutely loved it so much and had so much fun! The only complaint I have and discussed with worker was that the balls are extremely low. Both ball pits have barley any balls and you can see the bottoms of the pits. Behind the structure there was quite a bit that haven’t been cleaned out and thrown back into the ball pits. The worker said other customers have complained and they have a note to the owner to purchase more balls. I think the ball pits are one of the best thing and in previous pictures it looks completely full and different then It did today. I’m really hoping they fill it and continue to before his birthday in May because that was my son’s favorite part!
My son is four and had a blast at this place.Lots to do. Very spacious. Love that they have snacks for sale.
This place is absolutely disgusting dirty nothing has been sanitized or wiped down there's outlets showing all the balls are broke everything is sticky and dirty and it's unfortunate because this place could be amazing.. the girls that are running the front are sweet but have no clue what there doing nor are they watching everyone or reminding parents about rules because the kids are doing things they aren't supposed to be doing.. I won't be returning here and to be honest I want a refund don't waste your money plus the parents wore their shoes in there which isn't allowed and my daughter was in there less than 40 min and her socks were absolutely black
Great place to bring the kids. Prices are fair and other parents are nice. I wished they had a gate system with automatic close / locking lock. Had a parent in front of me leave the gate unlocked / unattended! The worker can not see the gate clearly and doesn’t monitor it closely. Floors don’t ever seem like they are cleaned. Our socks are nasty dirty in 10 minutes of being here!
My daughter loved it! only thing wish they were a little more sanitary restrooms were a little dirty and also some play items..you can tell they don’t get cleaned or sanitized often also there was a sick child and his mother who were continually coughing with no mask I think workers should’ve said something with everything going on hoping we don’t get sick from being here
When I first attended this facility I thought it was nice I went as soon as they opened, and stayed almost all day, as I was meeting up with other parents. The place was clean , the employee was very sweet cleaned very well and was outgoing and seemed very nurturing to mine and other children, which is always nice when people are sweet to our children,My daughter began to point out things that were a bit unsettling, the slide was very wobbly , it’s easy to tell the play structure was missing nuts and bolts , the wall along the baseboard was cracked and falling apart, the toys look old and don’t have any batteries, play kitchen was broken it seemed like the employee was overwhelmed as the phone kept ringing, people were buying snacks while others were on the other side waiting to be checked in, I think there needs to be more than one employee working in a facility like this as there are children present, other tasks that need to be tended to and consistent cleaning, these ladies seem very young and overworked. I asked if there was a manager I could speak to so I can address the flaws and she proceeded to give me her email and mentioned that the owner doesn’t go in during business hours, a little off but whatever, I do feel that a place like this should at least have a manager present because there’s only so much a young teenage employee can do. I’ve continued to come in a few times after my first visit but I don’t feel this is a safe environment for children and this business needs help I do love the idea of what it can bring to the community it’s just not safe.
It was a beautiful experience my daughter enjoyed the most of it she was so happy!The big reason why I am giving a two stars,it’s because after we visited this place my daughter got really sick from HFMD (hand, foot and month disease) and I know for fact it was from here because she was perfectly fine before and this was the only place we visited.I noticed they don’t do any sanitizing to toys, or any thing that kids are playing with, and I was there for a long time, after that I also noticed they were two sick kids coughing EVERYWHERE and they were not wearing a mask and none of the girls that were working there said or do anything for everyone’s healthy safe and I don’t even think they were paying attention to what was going on. Come on HEALTHY is serious!So we left.I don’t think I will be back to this place soon.I would love to take daughter again but I’m really afraid for her to get sick again, HFMD it was a nightmare for her and I as a parent (she’s so much better right after a tough week). Hopefully they can do something about it for everyone’s healthy safe.
The customer service here is amazing! My child had so much fun at his cousins birthday party. We will definitely come back again! Ani did a great job with setting up and handled everything so well.
I brought my grandchildren to play here for my very first time, I was very impressed on how much different play area that they offer to play . Most important of all Stephanie the employee had a very welcome Personality.
