Service was great. Food was terrible. It was over 30.00 and not worth it. Chicken was all dry inside. Shaw and Barstow area.
The only good things about the 3 piece tender combo were the soda, the biscuit, the fries and the BBQ sauce.The tenders were mostly breading and were miniscule. Most definitely *not* worth the $$$.
The chicken was bitter and nasty, you couldn't eat it. I was also missing a large part of my order. I spent over $50.00 and the food was so bad I threw it away. I was just too tired to take it back and argue about it
This place have the best chicken in fresno but you have to check ur order because they never get it rite

I love Kentucky Fried Chicken and its side dishes, delicious, and discounted price because I have coupons from the mail.
If I could give no stars I would. Worst KFC in Fresno. Their reason for the chicken being pink and bloody was because it's original and it's like that sometimes. If I want more we'll done cooked chicken to extra crispy. I wish I was joking.... avoid this place at all costs.
I had the pleasure of being served by Suriah. She greeted me with excellent customer service, had a great tone of voice, and behind the mask, I'm pretty sure had a great smile. Very welcoming, and mindful when taking an order. I would definitely come back to eat at this KFC Franchise.

They served me a straight raw biscuit. Literally dough, not just a little undercooked, raw dough....and forgot my coleslaw again
