This particular KFC Branch on Blackstone & Herndon was ok at best. I was served cold fries, & had to go back inside KFC to ask for a spork (spoon-fork). Never going back to this KFC again.

I was so looking forward to some chicken and coleslaw, and potatoes, and was so disappointed with what I got. The chicken was cold, and tough and I gave it to my cat, who put his nose up at it. I will not return after paying $22.00 for the two meals.

Chicken was good, though the pieces were rather small. Also bummed I wasn't offered an alternate side to the horrible new fries.. what am I supposed to put on my biscuit??

I hadn't been to KFC for awhile. But I ordered a 3 piece grilled chicken meal. The chicken was very small pieces. Not like I remember it. I gave the rest of the meal to my daughter who said the bun was a hard as a rock. That meal with a small tea mostly ice, was over $12.00Just FYI if your thinking about KFC.

Always love their chicken, but with covid drive through and probably short staff, my order is missing something like the rolls suppose to get with my box of chicken???

We had a rather large order, for drive thru, and we could tell that it was a little bit unorganized inside. They didn’t have ice… but I won’t ding them for that because that is likely beyond their control. Once at the window, they were scrambling to try to give us the correct order, and when looked over, they made multiple mistakes concerning our order even to the extent of forgetting to give us our 1/2 gal. drink. The food still tasted fine, but all of the mistakes should be worked on.

They never get order correct in drive thru. Inside is messy as well. Was trying to give this location a chance, but last night was my last visit there. Again my order was read to me correctly, but tag and order in bag when we got home was wrong.

Good service was ok. $50 for family of 4 basically

Watched as the drive thru person gave my order to the car in front of me, then proceeded to hand me the same bag that the person in the car touched/looked thru. Had to ask that she give me a new order but she just changed the bag. Checked the order and not only were the fries not hot, but the chicken strips were well beyond their sell time. Went inside and showed the manager on duty the old food while the drive thru person told me it would be 5-10 minutes for fresh food. Ok fine - I'll wait. Then watched the manager get fresh strips from the warming holder and asked why was I told a 5-10 min wait when there were fresh ones available??? No answer. Also asked why give out a poor product when AGAIN - the warmer had fresher product??? No answer, just a "sorry." Lies and poor customer service, guess who's calling the main office on the next business day...?
