To expensive and not worth it, food isn't as good as it use to be, my opinion
Normally I don’t do reviews but today was different. I understand there were some difficulties at the store but I waited and hour and it seemed like they forgot and then whoever was the closing manger tonight (3/20/2022) was being very rude to the employees and it seemed like he didn’t know much when another guest was asking questions about the menu
They forgot one of our drinks then heavily scrutinized our receipt to ensure we weren’t trying to get a free soda…The rest was present but the biscuits were hardening around the edges, the fries were not fresh and neither was the chicken. Flavor wasn’t bad but wish it’d been fresher. And that they had given us bbq sauce, ketchup, salt and butter. All they gave us was honey. Fortunately we were headed right home so we had what we needed there.The chocolate chip cookies were pretty good. Nice and soft.
Nice, courteous staff, really quick and efficient. Good sales! Sure convinced me get more chicken , thanks for great service!
Terrible service , I ordered through the drive thru and waited almost an our for my 8 piece meal. The chicken wasn't cooked thoroughly and when I took my meal home there was no biscuits never coming here again !!
Worst of the worst greasy overflowing with batter always ughh I worked at KFC many years This is bad shame on the franchise owner for allowing this to be this bad !!!!’ I went hoping thing would improve but nope if you want excellent KFC go to the one on McKinley or at River Park on Blackstone This one should just be shut done !!!!!
This is to all the KFCs..what happened to yall? I remember their cookies were nice and warm and placed in those wrappers. You could feel the warm chocolate melt in your mouth. Now its all prepackaged. I remember about 8 yrs ago, they used to have hot wings, why was it removed? Same goes for the potatoe wedges. Those were really good. KFC is not what it used to be.
One of the workers named Elizabeth I believe was so rude and disrespectful! She was continuously flirting with other guy workers and customers!! Completely unprofessional! And to top it all off she got my order completely wrong!! I want her fired!
They never have chicken?!?I have gone a total of 3 times for a family meal and they always respond to “we don’t have enough chicken however you can order separate meals” they have enough chicken for 10 individual meals but not for a 10pc family meal?Pretty disappointing when you have to drive a few Miles more out of your way to find another KFC
Great service and food is tasty. The chicken sandwiches and chicken pot pie are my favorite.
