Drive thru order. I asked the lady 2 times if the order in the bag was correct. She assured me both times that it was. Imagine my surprised when I got home and found my macaroni and cheese missing . Also not a single napkin nor was there butter that I specifically asked for for my biscuits that I ordered I'm really disappointed and I hope that none of my friends go to this KFC. I'm certain it's a oversight by somebody who may or may not know what they're doing but it's not acceptable and especially when you ask twice. I should have known better and checked my bag myself. Thanks for doing less than the bare minimum KFC
They Had on a board Who made the Chicken that Day. It said Mike and Bryan. Just wanted to let them Know that my chicken was Delicious. Thank You.
I try to avoid ordering from this location, this is the second time I come and once again they always seem to get my order right on the receipt but when I get home I’m missing multiple items I payed for. I can only imagine how many other people are get ripped off.
I dont have nothing bad to say about kfc the chicken is good nice and hot good flavor. staff is friendly
We bought the 14 pieces original and came home look at the chicken it is crispy chicken. They need to organize their people on the floor and do a better job next time given customers the correct food.
Food is always great here. I enjoy their spicy chicken sandwich and fries.
It is really upsetting ordering a pick up order or door dash order at 10PM when the restaurant closes at 11PM. The drive thru employee stated they cleaned the area and they are out of chicken because they close soon. Please follow the operation of hours!
Compared with other KFC'S this one falls short.Staff wasn't very helpfulPrices are/or seemed higher for identical orders placed at other KFC'S.
Much better food and service this try. It is great when an employee is honest with a patron when asking about a possible greasy item. With food allergies and other problematic foods, honestly is highly welcomed. Thanks!! Also, the food was fresh and warm. The associates were friendly and welcoming.
