Very poor customer service I understand businesses are shorthanded food was very cold
We've been enjoying the food at Jimy Wen's for a while now. If we happen to have Chinese food at another restaurant it's because Jimy Wen's is closed that dayThey always disappoint and remind us why we enjoy the food at this restaurant so much.The food here is fresh, not greasy, and made to order.When we've gone to other Chinese restaurants I always ask questions. Most every place we've gone to says that they make sauces once or twice a week. There's even been a few that say that they make some of their sauces once every week or 2 and just reheat them.At Jimy Wen's even the sauces are made Fresh when we order!I really enjoy knowing that when we order something it's not just reheated and put on my plate but made Absolutely Fresh when I place my order.Thank you, Jimy, Karen, and Hannah.
When using a credit card for takeout a screen comes up after payment asking to include a percentage tip.
Good was great, the waitress even spoke Chinese to my son, who was born in China. Which made him every happy. We will return for the food as well as the pleasant staff.
First visit since Pandemic. Got an entree that came with soup and choice of rice. Asked if I could switch soups. Owner said 'No' and just walked away. I would have paid more for switch. Portions were pretty small. Tasted great. I just felt her attitude was rude.
Was my first time here it smells good food seemed great fact it was good going down i ordered chicken snap peas with shrimp but it just has an after taste to it. I tried again to eat more but it wasn't really good. They give you good portion. It really hard to find good Chinese food.yes chicken and snap peas over noddles and add shrimp.

The orange chicken was the bomb. And the pot stickers... ? Wow! We also had the traditional Chow Mein. Super yummy as well. Be sure to tell them how spicy you like it because they will cater to you. I like it spicy. This is the best Chinese food I've ever had. This family owned restaurant is very friendly and welcoming. I will tell all my friends about this place. Super comfortable and incredible environment.Make sure to meet Julia! She gives the best suggestions and will help you make a great choice on what to eat!!
Jimy Wens is my all time favorite fresno restaurant. It is really a hidden gem and such a delicious place at such a reasonable price. I love this restaurant and the Wen family!
Jimy Wen's is our go-to Chinese restaurant. Orange beef is my go-to dish, along with vegetable chow mien. Everything, though, is superb so feel free to try other dishes. We have loved everything we have ever ordered, and if you need a hot soup, on a cold night, Jimy Wen's is the THE place. Service is impeccable. Large parking lot always provides a close spot for your car. Oh, and you can get take-out if you want to eat at home.
