I have been waiting for this one to come up. My sister and I went to grab lunch. It was one of those hot days and we planned on eating there. Don't go when it's hot. They make great sandwiches, expensive too. You, would think they would appreciate their customers. They have the air conditioning set at a terrible temperature. It was SOOOO HOT in there, and with the line, you could feel it. It was UGLY, HUMID, HOT, STICKY. I asked if there air was broken? They told me that it was set by their company. And they where unable to change it.. They had put a lock on it. Went home and ate, didn't get to enjoy my food. This is the one in the Herndon shopping center. Next to the 99 freeway. In Fresno, Ca. If you plan on going there. Have your food delivered, so you can enjoy it. I really don't use the delivery service for food. But, I recommend it. Service was great. Don't plan on going back anytime soon.
Great chicken cheese steak sandwich.
First time visiting a Jersey Mike’s ordered a ham sandwich. Wasn’t very impressed as the bread was kind of stale tasting and overall sandwich was rather bland. Felt on par with a standard subway.
I have a gluten allergy and it’s hard to find places who offer gluten free bread Let alone places who take the time to wipe and clean everything to prevent cross contamination and they did a wonderful job and didn’t make me feel like I was a burden. Thank you all! 10/10
Food was expensive and not a variety of veggies or bread. Cheese was nasty and mayo was not so good either. We still got our food in back seat. It's been bout hour n half since we left jersey Mike's subs . And we are not happy travelers. We got to wait till we eat at home now. ;(
Never tried Jersey Mike before. So I thought I would give it a go. Sandwich was delicious, I ordered the #26 it had a lot of meat and great value for price, my only complaint is that they make your sandwich on one type of bread unless you say otherwise. It doesn’t state that anywhere on the menu so how do you expect people to know that? Also the cashier had a little bit of an attitude when I asked about it. When we first walked in we were not greeted but everyone after us was. The employee cutting the meats taking the order is not very friendly and kind of off putting. I will definitely come back to Jersey Mike’s but not this location.
Customer service was great lady taking orders was nice. But I still follow social distancing an I was standing back by the cook area opening the lady there that had colorful hair that was on the grill is nasty.. she never changed her gloves after touching her apron also right after rolling someone’s food she dropped her marker picked it up off the ground whipped it off with her apron an still no change of gloves.. picked up some onions an chilis whiled her hands with her apron with her gloves on yet again rather then changing her gloves.. management needs to retrain on proper food handling n hand washing smh first n last time going there luckily someone else made my food
Love Jersey Mike's. Love #7 and the Philly is delicious. They are always nice, good CS and Friendly. I wish we had a Jersey Mike's near me.
Hubby ate here during his shift of work and told me about it so our whole family went there for dinner we had the big Kahuna and our kids had the BLT and Italian all combos and let me say that this place is the best place for sandwiches!! ? They definitely are not stingy on the fillings of meat and veggies and the gals there have great customer service!! We will definitely be there once or twice a month for family time dinner night. ??
Sandwiches are good, if they remember to put them in the bag. Beware ordering to go, half the time you will not get your whole order.
