i love this jamba juice! staff is very courteous when i do crazy customizations to my order. i just wish they’d bring the outside tables & chairs back love u jamba! ?

I ordered 6 drinks to be delivered. We paid for the delivery and even tipped. We only received 4 of the 6 drinks. We contacted the store and they said we were supposed to pick it up! We clearly have proof and receipt that we paid for delivery. She checked and said she will make the 2 drinks again and told us to go pick it up. Friendly staff great drinks
After, placing my order with only one other customers ahead of me, I was told to wait outside in 100 degree weather. The sign clearly stated on the window 5 customers in store at a time. I was informed to wait outside although. Having to wait outside they could have at lease offer the common Courtesy of bringing my purchase to my car. I understand dealing with COVID-19, rule customers service is a NoNo. Also, my Bowl was liquided when receiving it. I open the container in it spilled on my floor.
Slow service the girl name Mia was rude about exact change my total was $9.04 I gave her $20Also told me it will be 5 minutes but they took 15 never said a word when I picked my juice Hopefully they will learn and change
