4 people working behind the counter making drink, not one of them is running the register or acknowledging the people standing there wanting to order. 3 people have already walked out. All it takes is a "I'll be right with you." Inacceptable. Wonder if the owners care that money just walked out the door. Ps I ordered my drink 10 min ago and there's still 3 people in front of me waiting for their drinks. In the total time It took me to order and get my drink, about 20 min. 5 people walked out. I've seen Jamba way busier and more efficient.

Always Five Stars. This week during my work break, I tried the call in my order feature since I am always in a hurry. Elaine always answers and she takes down my order with a peppy attitude. She even got me to try a “chili mango” that I didn’t even know was on the menu! I loved it and when I arrive to the store 5 minutes later, both times this week. Elaine and her coworkers had the drink ready to go at the counter and all I have to do is scan my card then I’m on my way back to work! This makes it super convenient while at other locations tend to drag their feet when it comes to taking care of orders. Thanks!
This Jamba Juice location is ok, however one of the ladies upfront is never friendly and does not know the menu well at all. I asked whivh of the menu items on the plant based section was a fruit smoothie with oat milk (as I wasn't wearing my glasses when I walked up and she said none, I asked if she was sure as I had just had it a couple weeks ago and she said only the Super Blend Menu items could add it for extra cost...so I ordered what she told me would work for my dietary condition. A minute later I located my glasses and found the Smooth Talking Mango on the menu and let her know... and she was not apologetic or bothered, just went about handing me the PB and Banana with the extra cost of strawberry and oatmilk... Her job is to KNOW the menu and be trained on making the juice smoothies...I know she has been at this location for a while so it's no excuse to NOT know. We try to go after the gym, but Im thinking I will go to other locations where they really go out of thier way to answer questions and smile while taking care of the customer. It's a bummer because I live 1 minute away from this place ?

I placed an online order via the Jamba Juice mobile app. Order placed at 3:35 PM. Order was to be picked up at a later time 3:50 Pm (vs ASAP). My wife went in to pick up. She arrived at 4:00 PM. Stood in the Online order pickup line for 10 minutes. Was not addressed. She waited patiently as there were a lot of customers. 10 minutes go by and customers who walked in behind her who purchased in store got their drinks first. My wife decides to get in the order line and is finally told the drinks were in the fridge. No workers addressed my wife, period. This is unacceptable. First and last visit to this location. Drinks were melted AND I already gave the 15% tip when paying online.
I went to jumbo juice and ordered my guy and myself a smoothie. Clearly, she got his order order but when it came to mine she didn’t have it I even looked at the receipt and it didn’t show mine was there. She didn’t even try to repeat my order Very disappointing :(?
I last week I went to Jamba Juice for my colleagues from work and I had a big order to make. The employees from this place were very friendly, patient and helpful. I love their customer service!! I will go again!
