My experience was horrible. As a black woman, I felt completed discriminated due to the poor customer service, lack of respect and compromise. I was initially going to Starbucks anyway but the watermelon weekend $5 breeze deal caught my attention while I was waiting in Starbucks drive thru. So I get out of the Starbucks line, go in Jamba and immediately asked about the $5 weekend deal. Signs says it’s with membership and there was also a sign inside that says you can get 50% off your smoothie for signing up. So what I do? I sign up. I wasn’t even looking to get both deals at the same time at all as I really just wanted the $5 deal for being a member. So then I proceed to complete my order, gave the sales clerk (ABI) my number so she can locate me as a member and she did!!! However I noticed I still wasn’t getting my Watermelon Beeeze for $5 as advertised when she gave me the total.This young lady tells me sometimes the app gives you the deal and sometimes it doesn’t but there isn’t anything I can do…WHAT? I say okay what about 50% for sign up that’s advertised right here by your register (picture attached). She says “yea I don’t know but nothing I can do!!” WHAT? I kept my cool asked for the manager, she says she (ABI) is the manager. So I ask what was the point of me signing up if I’m not getting anything as ADVERTISED! She says I’m not sure! So NONCHALANT & COLD with her words! I say I’m not accepting that there has to be something you can do! She says, “let me go call my manager and see what I can do with an attitude!” She had me standing in that lil dirty place for 10 minutes before she comes back making my smoothie $5 as advertised!Now this other young lady (ALICIA) hands me my order which was an AÇAÍ primo bowl and Watermelon Breeze smoothie. I ask for a spoon, Alicia says, “we don’t have any”….I ask, “so how am I suppose to eat my açaí bowl?” She says I don’t know but we don’t have spoons and walked off. TERRIBLE! There was ONE young lady named Priscilla who walked up to me and said go next door, Starbucks will be able to give you one! NOW she was actually pleasant but those other two NEED TO QUIT CUSTOMER SERVICE QUICK because I was completely treated poorly and I will never visit this location again!! Starbucks it will be!!!

I love Jamba juice the customer service is bad.....they did not cut the bananas into slices or give me a bag for my multiple bowls...they asked the two white woman if they needed bags so maybe it's discrimination against men or something

they gave me smooth taste was nasty and also cup was 75% not even full so i don’t recommend this jamba.

Love their drinks and staff very friendly

Had a great experience here and the customer service was also great. Issac Vargas was a great help with making my drink fast and helping get me in and out quickly.
