The fries were decent, but I would’ve eaten more if I didn’t have a piece of hair in my food. When I opened the box I ate about 2-3 fries before noticing a black piece of hair on my chicken tender. I didn’t want to eat anything else because I don’t know if it touched any other food
Chicken achiote bowl for the win, love this salad bowl. Customer service is awesome, easy to call in your order and pick up and pay. Restaurant is always clean and overall great environment.

Mediocre. That's the best I can say, don't order the Mac. Plain as hell, taste like it was straight out of the boiling water.
I had a very tasty and delicious meal today. I ordered steak and double mashed potatoes and loved every bite! This place is definitely a go to when I’m back in town. There’s so many other things I wanna try on their menu. The mac & cheese looked good as well as their tri-tip sandwich. The list is endless so it’ll take me several trips back to try everything I want to try. The service is really good. I explained that this is my first time here and they were very helpful which makes the experience so much better. If you were in the Fresno area you have to come to Jack’s.

I usually love Jack's but today my western barbeque trip salad was mostly uneatable grissle. I took it back and they made it right, but why would they serve me the first one? Also the music being played is not appropriate for a restaurant. Hard beating acid music.
Great place and salads are great. I'm gluten, dairy and sugar free...and this place is in my nieghborhood and caters to my needs. Kudos to the owner/ operator and staff.
