Food is good but, you can ONLY USE ONE COUPON PER ORDER!! No joke! You would have 2go back and get in line again (drive-thru or inside) to use a second coupon! Ridiculous!! That is not cool! They got these coupons for nothing?! This happened in Fresno only so far. But when I went 2 Madera they didn't act like that, they were COOL! i was able to use three coupons at once!
I used my credit card there and the next day I got fraudulent charges on my same card I used there, it being the last place I used in a while. That place is ghetto too anyway so I’m not surprised, be careful guys! They also don’t take anything but your card or cash there so I had to hand them my card. Which I normally don’t do because of this possibility. I’d like to press charges but the managers there don’t help you and would rather let that employee keep working there. So I’m never going there again.
Took forever in the drive thru and I was the only car in line. Ordered an item that was promoted on the menu and it seemed like it took an unusually long time to place my order with there ineffective outdated drive-thru ordering equipment. Needs to be fixed
Hands down the best customer service. I want to thank the lady at the window on 03/17 for taking our order. She and 1 other person had to do a line of orders. Food was great today from our past experiences.
Unbelievably bad experience. Went to the drive thru at 1015pm and all I got was this snarky response, "we're closed for lunches." While they apparently had friends chilling in the drive thru and we got stuck there because they put up cones behind our car. When I got out to move them so we could back out and leave they get on the speaker and complain about us moving their cones. I'm not sure why an entire shift takes a break at the same time. Don't go to this location. There's other in fresnk that are better.
My closest Jack Box. Not sure if there dining is open though. I can never get in ! So, i drive thru. Hit an miss with shakes there. But, it could be because of all the shipping problems a lot of business's are having. Idk.
It's Jack n the box- stick with what you know (loaded mini tacos are a no no) . The burgers are great, salads pretty fresh and my son killed those mini pancakes.
Food is always good. Didn't get the 5th star only because of the waiting in the drive thru. Took what seemed like forever. And they didn't have the dining room open. So for only doing drive thru orders it shouldn't have taken as long. But service was very friendly.
This Jack in the Box is so slow. They told be to wait at the speaker and took 5 minutes before they even took my order. I placed the order on the app and took another 5 minutes just to get to the window. By the time I got to the window, the food was cold. I wish there was a way to pick up online orders, instead of waiting in the drive- thru.
This place is never open early or late at night EVERYDAY! It’s a shame update your hours to avoid people wasting their time.
